Recently,I took a trip down to Brazil a and brought my ego twist and some ce3s on the plane. While up high, I went to use the bathroom, to take an ecig break, and realized that the clearo was completely flooded.

I thought the issue was with that clearo, but I had the same issue on the way back with a new ce3. I think the pressure in the plane messes with the pressure inside the clearo.

Anyone else experience the same?

This has to do with the air pressure in the cabin of the plane, and the difference between ground-level pressure and the in-flight pressure differential.

Unfortunately, there is no way to remedy this--other than taking empty clearos onto the plane with you and filling them once in-flight. But then THEY will flood when you get back on the ground...

I noticed this with a T3 on a flight recently. It was unvapable. I didn't think to unscrew it to release the pressure, might have fixed it. I had a smok mega carto with me so I just vaped that. By the way, no need to go to the bathroom to vape. The stealth double inhale method works great at your seat. :p

Until someone sees you and freaks out. There are no misunderstandings at 35,000 feet. You'll be in the wrong. Good luck.

Me? I'll wait.

It's my policy to only fill clearos/RBA's etc half full on flights...same with juice bottles. Also remember to call the airlines to verify their vaping policies!!! TSA will take your kit and not return it.

How does this work for you? Does filling only part-way seem to help with the leaking?

I fly a lot (never check bags, tho), and to this point I have only taken the eGo-C cartridges with me. I'd prefer to take a couple of T3s or a nova, if I was relatively sure they wouldn't leak. Or at least only leak a little - and not lose all my juice.
