alright I've made my final descision that I do not like the fluxomizers. I have one good one that works, it's a 510 (thanks Trish~!). The 808's that I ordered are disappointing. Wicking issues, they won't work on my 901 autos, and they are too fragile for me. I accidentally left one in my car overnight and it froze and cracked! I think I'm just sposed to be a dripper~!

constant state of confusion
so after using 1 of the XL Clearomizers,I might be a fan. I used it all last night and it was nice not having to drip all the time. The flavor seems good, the only drawback is a black box mod with a clearomizer looks sinister

LOL my daughter said the same thing. She asked what I was planning to blow up with my detonator.
Considering her recent habit of not paying me on time or at all....I don't think she really wants to know :)

That said.I'm imfamous with the gate guards at our base because of my box mods. One got a little nervous about it once until I blew a HUGE peppermint scented plume at him. I've let a few of them try it out and even hooked one up with a kit. I probably won't always be this lucky, but so far so good,no matter how it looks

I've been waiting for these to get back in stock... Is there a secret to getting a couple of these? Also, are the replacement E2's for these just the guts of a clearomizer or stock R4?

which are you referring to?
clear e2s
MAP tank
TANK

(if you are talking about the MAP Tank.... yes, I believe those are just regular ce2 guts for the refills)
hth!

Sorry ... I was referring to the MAP tank. Are they available anywhere? Are the replacement E2's from standard v4's or clearomizers? Thanks for any info!

If you're talking about the MAP tank mod, then yes it's just a cut-down XL CE2 carto. Get a small pipe cutter from Home Depot (I bought one last night) and you can make all the guts you need by hacking up your XL CE2s.

I also gave myself a longer metal mouthpiece, using the rest of the carto from one I cut down. Piece o' cake.

Wow. Good to know. I have several boxes of standard R4's that I bought because I had good luck with the first one that I tried. Unfortunately, I've had horrible luck with these. Wicking issues out the wazoo. I have no problem hacking them up if I can make something work. I know I can solve the wicking issues if I hack them up.

Is it at all possible to get the tanks? I saw a mod that someone made that used rubber grommets for the top and bottom, but I'm not going to do this. I think that there would be a chemical reaction between rubber and nic juice...

I just noticed that you're in 'Provari Nirvana" -- I'll be joining you soon. Mine should be here tomorrow, or Saturday!

That was my thinking, too. I liked the standard CE2 cartos, but they didn't hold enough juice. The XL cartos I got wouldn't wick for anything. I tried pulling the silicone rings up, I tried making the side holes (where the wick passes through) a little bigger, I tried thinner juice and thicker juice. They all either stayed non-wicking, or they leaked. I threw up my hands and got a MAP tank, and now they're all going to be reborn as guts for my tank.

The only place I know of to get the tank is COV. I contacted the manufacturer and he said he's got a very large ordering headed out, so get your name on the notification list if it isn't already.

And I think you'll love your ProVari. It's everything I wanted in a PV, and a few things I hadn't even thought of. It's been glued to my hand since I bought it.

Ok, so I just added myself to the notify list at COV. Hopefully I can find some instructions for hacking up the CE2's. Or I could just take apart the tank when I get it...

Thanks again.

True, the PGA or distilled water will thin the VG out a little.. but it's not going to completely take away the vapor. There are other factors involved. Puff did a video once with pure PG and she still had vapor.. and the VG juices produced by people such as EcoPure, are diluted VG too. Test it out in small batches and test it out. No matter how much you dilute it though.. you will still have issues. I use only 25-30% VG and I have issues with wicking. :/

hth!
