Those are the ones that I just tried, Ive not had any experience with any atty/clearo or what have you. So far for my first experience, I like it as an option for certain juice. Ive never tried the flux, but they do look cool. What is your preference and why, I want to try out all my options. Do those fluxomizers need to be primed or dry burned? I wanted something easy to just fill and go. Thank you for showing this to us. The T2 by Kanger as shown above are real easy, great taste, clouds of vapor and you can change the coil for a buck or so. Im gonna check out gotvapes right now, and I guess as long as something is clear and it has an atomizer in it, they call it a clearo?

You are correct. Just about anything these days that has a Plastic Body is now referred to as a "Clearomizer".

It's done for the Web Search Engines but it makes taking about things Very Difficult to talk about. That s why I like to refer to Cartomizers by their Model Name whenever possible.

The Cartomizers I linked to are Sold as "Fluxomisers" by gotvapes but the Model name is a CE2. They are made by MiT and sold by Royal Smokers.

The CE2 (Initial released as the E2) was the First Cartomizer which didn't have any Filler Inside. It is a Top Coil Design which can be used With or Without a Drip Tip. There are other companies besides MiT that sell CE2 "Style" Cartomizers and of course, there are a ton of Cheap Knock-Offs.

What many people like, including myself, about a CE2 is since the coil is very close to your lips, the hit is Warm and Moist with Very Good Flavor and Very Good Vapor.

Most people find that the Closer the Coil is to your Lips, The Warmer/Moister and more Flavorful the Hit. The farther away the Coil is, the Hit is Cooler and the Flavor is more Muted. Such as in a CE3 which has a Bottom Coil design. You can test this by putting a Drinking Straw on the end of your Favorite Carto and taking a hit. I think you will find that the Hit is not as Warm or Flavorful as without the Straw.

There were 4 Major Revision Changes to the CE2 since its Initial Release as the E2. The most current, and probably the Last is the REV"4". Some call the Most Current revision the REV"5" but I have never seen the OEM refer to them as such.

The CE2 had a Very Rocky History. There were many Design and Quality Control problems. Many branded it as "Good Design" that just didn't work. But thru the efforts of a Core Group of ECF members ( and countless ideas from others like the concept of the Dry Burn) in the "Big Thread" the CE2 was refined to a Very usable Cartomizer.

One member of this core group was Badkolo who later went on to start GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

He also carried on the "Big Thread" when the CE2 REV"4" was released. In this Carry On thread, many things like Filling and Cleaning Techniques were Refined

So after a Long, and somewhat Boring History of the CE2, what's the Bottom Line? The Bottom Line for many is a Well Hitting CE2 is perhaps the Best Hitting Cartomizer out there.

So why isn't Everyone using them? Because of their Checker past and because CE2's require a little more Effort and Learning Curve to use than most Cartomizers. But the little Extra Effort is well worth it in My Opinion.

I would Suggest that everyone try a CE2. But before they do, to skim thru this thread to get an idea of what is going on and what a person can do if their CE2 doesn't work well for them out of the Box. Of course, match Ohms to your Vaping Voltage when purchasing. And remeber that the Easiest way to get a Good Hit off a CE2 is to "Tilt" when you vape.

Sorry for the Long Post but I had some time to kill and the History of the CE2 is sort of becoming lost as wave after wave of New Cartomizers seems to appear.

The higher the voltage, the higher your Ohm should be.
Oh, and if you're using a "Stardust"/"Ego Coil Changeable Clear Cartomizer" (just go with it), get some spare coils of the fitting Ohm, because IIRC the Stardusts come with a Ohm strength of about ~1,8 Ohms, which is way too low for being vaped at 3,8-4,0 Volts...
I accidentally burnt the coil unit it came with (1,8 Ohm) when i vaped on a Ego VV (Janty) at 3,7-3,8V, then i changed the coil to 2,2-2,4 Ohm and it worked just fine since... Aside from me ....ing up some spare coils on malicious intent to see what hard of a beating they can take before they burn.
