Keeping this very simple. This seems to happen as my cleros are getting older. It's been recently cleaned with a 5 count burn method.

I hit my PV to fire, it goes off. I hear my clearo going off. Then as it's going off it starts to sound like it drowning in juice. I can't get a puff. When I do, I often get juice right into my mouth(I'd love a soultion for that as well). I try to take my syringe into the center and suck out extra liquid that has landed in there. As my clero is getting older, it doesn't seem to help as much as it use to.

How do you fix a clero that sounds like it's drowning in juice?? Sometimes I put the volt up higher to "clear it out" but that doesn't seem like a great method so far.

Really need some tips! Can't afford anymore cleros right now! Thank You : )

These are CE2s.

I use a VV box mod, 14500 batts. My voltage varies. Typically 4.5-5.5. Depends. Sometimes I up it to around 6 or 7 to try to do a quick "junk burn"

Hmmm... maybe i'll try soaking some other ones hanging out in death valley in some PG....

If a CE2 is Flooding or Gurgerling (SP?) then it needs a Wick Fluffing.

Take a Very Thin Paperclip and straighten it out. Using a pair of pliers, make as small of a Right Angle bend at the end of the Straighten out Paperclip.

Now put the Paperclip into the CE2 between the Ceramic Cup and the Inside of the Tube and Gently Lift and Fluff Up the Wick where it enters the Slots in the Ceramic Cup.

It doesn’t take much Fluffing to keep e-Liquid from seeping in thru the Cup Slots.

If it's gurgling it may be flooded. Unscrew it from the battery, put a tissue or paper towel under it and blow it out from the drip tip end. If you see juice coming out onto the tissue, just blow it until it stops. This is probably why you are getting juice in your mouth as well.

To stop it flooding like that (if that is the problem) just don't fill it up so much :)

You can fill a CE2 as Full as you want to and it Won't Leak.

As long as the Wicks are Fluffed and there is not a Gap between Wick and whatever you use for a Cup Seal.

Hard to see in this phote because it was taken to show the Logo on a Year Old Provari, but the wicks on this CE2 fully cover the Cup Slots.

BTW - This CE2 uses the One Piece Mouth Piece Mod.

CE3 are Bottom Coils and to me the Hit is very Muted compared to a CE2.

I'm a Dyed in the Wool Top Coil Fan.

I used CE2 top coils for close to a year (and liked them very much), but I find the bottom coil CE3 to have better flavor. As in all things vaping though, personal tastes vary wildly. That said, CE3s come in top coil also. For example: 510 PHOENiX™ TOP Coil XL 1.5ml Cartomizer 2.4-2.6ohms

Yeah… Everyone Taste is Different. And One Size Doesn’t fit all.

Not sure who makes the Carto you linked to that Chris and Dan are selling. Back in the day a CE2 and a CE3 were only made by MiT and sold by Royal Smokers.

Now just about Everyone has a CE”something”. Makes it hard to know what is what.

Well, I can't afford any new cleromizers... sooo ya... there goes those CE3 dreams for a while! Gotta make these CE2s last, bring em back to life.

Thanks for the fluffing tip ZOI, that I never knew about. It makes me a little nervous to fiddle with the middle bits as I've broken CE2s from doing that in the past. However you are referring to fluffing the SIDE wicks that lead to the atomizer if I am not mistaken?

I don't think many are even making CE2s anymore. When I can afford new cleromizers I don't care if they're CE3 or CE2 unless I very much end up hating the new CE3s. CE2s still seem to last very well, at least 3 weeks before I start to experience some of these problems.

Yes, all you need to do is to Lift the wick Slightly on the Outside of the Ceramic Cup where it goes into the Cup Slots.

The Reason that CE2 Leak or Flood is that the Wick is or Gets Smushed down so there is a Gap in the Cup Slots.

If the Wick is wet, it is actualy pretty strong. The Key is to Make or Find Something that has a Tiny Hook or Bend on it to get Under the Wick so you can pull it up Slightly.

CE2's not sold Anymore? Say What?

Gotvapes has got Hundreds of 5 Packs if not 1,000's. The just call them Fluxermizers or something Silly like that.

FLüXomizer™ 510 Clearomizer : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

There is still a Hard Core crowd of People who think that the CE2 is the best Filler-Less Carto ever made. I don't think MiT/RS will stopping making them anytime soon.

Yeah, my CE2s were made by Royal Smokers. I don't remember where, but I actually ran across some (edit: some = Royal Smoker brand) for sale on a supplier's website the other day. They were 808-D only though.

The Phoenix brand of CE3 GotVapes sells is made by Better Life.

Royal Smokers did quit making them, but they weren't the only game in town. :)

Royal Smokers never made anything. They just sold products made by Microcig (MiT).

The CE2's are still listed on the Central Trade web site.

Clearomizers CE2

I hope the are not just selling of Existing Stock.

Ok, then Royal Smokers quit selling them. :)

I'll go with that.

RS/MiT uses this site to sell to the Public.

All this talk of CE2's not being sold anymore made me go ahead and buy another 100. I've got a 6 month supply left right now but what the Heck. Now I will have a 2-1/2 year supply.

I hope to quit Vaping in two years anyway.

I still have 2 boxes of the CE2s myself. I'm not using them anymore, but you know what they say, backups for my backups.

Absolutely...

I have a Drawer full of Boge Cartos, Proto-Type V-Nova's, CE3's, even some Ego Jumbo Attys and Carts.

Never hurts to have some Backups or something to give a New Vaper to try out.
