I have had the cletio for several months and really like it overall but if I vape very long or chain vape for a short time I get a burned taste. I'm using the .4 coil, which is rated for 40-60w but I run it 30-38. I have tried using different juice ratios 80/20 70/30 60/40 all with the same result. My coils aren't lasting very long about wk to 10 days. Any suggestions?

It might be something or nothing, but a lot of manufacturers overstate the real-world optimum operating watts of their coils.
I know one reviewer (I won't mention his name, as me and him don't see eye to eye over his affiliate commission sales) but I know he was getting outright burnt hits at 40-45w using the 0.4ohm coil. Having said that, 30w should be way low enough.
7-10 days seems about right unless you are using very 'clean' juice.

I have found that to be true as well, that anything over 40 gives burnt taste. I'm using mostly clean light colored juice. Good too know the coil life is normal. The thing is I got 3 weeks out of the original one therefore I was expecting to get approximately the same from the others.

I get a burned taste.
Your burning your juice.
Tip:
When starting your vape low, I find that the wattage that works for me is usually 1 to 2 watts over the lowest watt setting (where i can barely see the vape cloud on the exhale). Lower watt settings lessen the chance of burning the liquid and generates the best flavor IMO. This formula applies to non sub ohm'g YMMV (1.0 ohm is iffy non sub ohm'g--2.0 ohm's here).
After I get my Atty (coil and chamber heat up) going for awhile, I will often times turn the mod down a watt or so to see if I can taste more flavor. I'm often surprised at how much better the vape is by lowering the vape temp/wattage.
