clogged 801 atty

So just put in my backup 801 atty, and it is extremely hard to pull on. After dragging hard for 6 seconds, the cutoff initiates and I am left with very little vapor. Is there a way to clean it out or is it just dead? It still is producing vapor and heating up, but just really clogged or something. Any advice>?

three days in pepsi max. Never fails to clean mine.

Sounds like your atomizer is FTD (fixin' to die). The only sure way to tell its condition is to test it with a multimeter, if you have one available to you. Othersie, you can try to soak, heat, steam, rinse and whatever else you can think of, but I do not believe there will be much life left in it.

A quick alcohol dip may help.
