doood, this is some really nice work. as far as the discussion before about titanium, yeah it's twice as heavy as aluminum but titanium can be made in less than half as thick and still be as light or lighter and still be much stronger to boot... to me titanium would be awesome if it was thinned down to minimal thickness all around... I love Ti wish I could afford one of these right now

Would it be possible to do what turbo is talking about? Thinning the titanium to make it lighter while still making it stronger than aluminum?

It feels nice on your fingers, but that's the way it is milled. It sits in a jig when I cut the squonk holes out I cut it perpetual to the body, back n forth gives it those tooling marks.
