doood, this is some really nice work. as far as the discussion before about titanium, yeah it's twice as heavy as aluminum but titanium can be made in less than half as thick and still be as light or lighter and still be much stronger to boot... to me titanium would be awesome if it was thinned down to minimal thickness all around... I love Ti wish I could afford one of these right now :)

This is what it looks like bead blasted.. do you want an even job like the pic or do you want me to go back over the squonk holes so they would be shinny?

Tom, what is the purpose/function of the small ridges on the edge of the squonk holes?

Would it be possible to do what turbo is talking about? Thinning the titanium to make it lighter while still making it stronger than aluminum?
