A couple different things came together and added up to me not being here for a little while. I added a couple cnc forums to tapatalk and it stoped telling me about my thread. There should be an option to set a particular thread as "your thread" or like a home thread or something, whatever, I hate tapatalk anyways, it sucks. That and I had to binge on SX mods and Kalamazoo's . I had to write all the CAD programs for the Kalamazoo over again, one bc I lost them and the first time was from scratch bc I made the first and only one manually, w/no programs.

Now I have some help, it's pretty sweet, probably quadrupled my output capabilities. And no more sx mods, well a few but they are pretty much done now.

Now's the time to get your order in, I can have mods out fast at the moment. I'm going to start on titanium micros next I think. I just got the quote for titanium back it's over $100 in raw titanium per mod. A bit more than I thought but is good titanium and is cut nicely. I'm having some custom tooling made currently, for the titanium micros, I have to get a new set (two or three actually) of every tool I need to build a micro to do this job. But the good news is I figured out how to do it, I've got it down now. It takes about ten times (minimum) as long to do any operation on a titanium micro as it does to do an aluminum one. Drilling the battery hole for example. They are tough and time consuming, but they sure are awesome. My titanium micro is my number one go too mod, has been since I built it, I've never turned more heads with anything else.

The 200 that I did out if delrin I really like but I think I can get it smaller so I'm going to figure out how to do that and use it for a while first, I haven't gotten a chance to play around yet.

I'm going to start taking orders for the TITANIUM MICROS SOON
I just got the quote back on the titanium and it's a but more than I'd like but I'm gonna buyer the bullet and do them for

$525 (brushed, satin or media blasted) to
$575 (polished or anodized)

depending on how you want them finished. If you want to order now shoot me an email, I have a handful of spots left but when they are full they are full.

They will all be either numbered or if you want something else engraved on the copper disc in the bottom I will do whatever.

I may do a new video, like the shotgun test from back in the beginning, I think the titanium micros will take a .45acp hit no problem, so if I get a chance I'll shoot a video and prove they are actually bulletproof. [emoji41]
It's you want something engraved on the bottom is included in price as long as I can fit it on there, it's pretty small.

Not a lot, the bodies (of either really) hardly weigh anything, the caps, being solid pretty much, prolly weigh much as the whole body does. The lightest if all the micros is the one with the honeycomb pattern cut out so it's see thru. That pattern removes metal for three hours on each side, it takes a good portion off. I don't remember the exact weight of the aluminum micros, I wanna say they were like 60g. With a bottle...I have a pic somewhere I'll see if I can find it.

I don't have any pics yet of the electro anodizing, it's totally even, one color, but you can pick any color in the whole range. Right now I'm doing them with heat, it takes a long time and it's touchy but it's is the only way to get multiple colors. I'm gonna build a new electro anodizing setup, I'll post pics when I do it.

I placed an order for a SX mod on 12-11-2015. Is my mod included in your last batch?
Yessir, last batch, your in it, your not last in the last batch, but your in the last batch.

They are in one of two stages of curing at the moment, all the hard work is done, but is the hardest part now, just waiting. I'll shoot you an email when it goes from stage to stage, won't be long now. Yours may have been one of the tougher ones to build, but it's gonna be one of the coolest looking for sure!
