The Lancia just seemed like leak city so I avoided it. The V2 seems like it should be better in that department but I don't see anyone talking about it so no idea if the flavor is as good. I also like the idea of an rda with a glass section.

flavor is off the charts but having to vape most of the juice down so it wont leak out the airholes.have to try one airhole shutdown on each side and one bigger airplug each side to see if it helps with any leaking.but flavor is super with it.takes some time to learn to not over sqounk it though.

The flavor's as good as the Manta or Maquis, my coils sit over the air-inlets, wicked with Egyptian Cotton & tails on both sides. N leaks unless over-squonked and I've learned to "squeeze just right" ~97% of the time, took lots of time but I didn't want to give up...

I will say it isn't for everyone, and the thought of selling it occurred almost daily. It's a keeper right now unless Stumpy is better, heck, I have a Freak Show Mini I haven't built yet, gotta take some time and put a few through their paces... Man, 3-4 months ago I was all about single coils and small atties like the Reactor and Divo, they've been collecting dust the past 3 months.

I can't deal with the attys that are smaller than 22mm. I know some people swear by them, though.

The Derringer is still the benchmark for my vaping style. Plenty of airflow and great flavor. Tugboats with Flawless' Slammed Caps on them come close for me but apparently they are harder to mod for BF. The Stumpy seems interesting and like it'd be a contender for me but I'm not gonna drop the cash right now.

lol JHollier, my tugboat is one of my favorite RDA's and might have been one of the easiest RDAs I have converted to date. I have a love hate relationship with which build and top cap I use with it tho. right now I have a really low build in it, and I was running it on my TMod until I got my Vector. and have been to busy to do a true side side comparison

On the Lancia, make sure your bottom orings are the right size and your wick arches past the air holes. I have the -3mm pyrex tank from other Tom and when I did first get it one of the bottom orings was too small and it was going to leak. Chowder sent me a bunch to try. Changed that out and used all the same size top and bottom ( I don't remember the size), no leaking, great flavor and has a spot in the rotation for the brass girl. Over squonking happens but if your wick is sitting right it shouldn't be too bad, we all do it, it happens :) But it's a nice atty and remember if an atty is over 2 weeks old it's old news. I still like my Veritas, Atomic, PDA's and Pimp Cups in the right situation.

And good morning all :)

Have the CH Lancia and Pyrex kit parked on one of the Reo SL's built with dual Claptons to 0.5 using the second from the largest jets. Love the flavor and vapor production that this thing produces. Thinking I'll switch it over to the Tmod and give it a go. As long as you get used to eyeballing it while squonking and learn how much to feed it, leaking is not a problem. A light squonk is all it takes.

How bichin would it be to clear coat one then reptile it and send it to dready to have the cuts patina'd.

Damn... got me thinking

And I'm on a spending hiatus due to the wife's recent surgery and some birthdays, father's days, etc.
