Half inch as long as their tolerances are tight, it's gotta be .490 in so if they are +- 0.1 it gets touchy. I'll order it don't worry about it, nice find, I've never really liked into colored plastic, this should be fine. I'll order it up tonight.

I found another place that would do custom color delrin but they seem like they want to deal in quantity.

Though I DIY, I've enjoyed the following;

H+ Yellow-Mane= Acid Blondie, they're take on the Blondie is #2 for me, River Bottom Fog Sauce Dagwood's Wife is Trippin' is #1. 3-Crown= a very good Dominican, they're descriptions are pretty much on target. I'd recommend the Sun-Cured Turkish is a fine vape on a sunny afternoon, great with a bottle of Barley-Pop (Beer).

Flavored NET/Hybrid, Grilled Pineapple= Summer Barb-e-Que anyone!, another for Summer activuities, really really good combo.

Fruit Tea is a good Pipe with Cherry & Sangria notes... pretty much keeps with the Summer theme.

For my 26650 Reptilian George? Sure, go ahead and do it, just the scallops though, smooth part shiny... Brass button BTW.

Looks good but my blue is for a sx350 right? With reptile before the blue and clear. Same with #2 sx350 but in zombie green. If you are in the bussines of cerakoteing buttons I would love a blue on the green and a green on the blue with smooth painted squonk holes on the green and bright smooth cleared if possible squonks on the blue. Let me know if there are any up charges for that... Not a problem....

This is the only design this blade will do, there not any thickness to allow for any deeper cutting and I don't have the tone to figure out any different ways to do it. I did it with a thicker but but it doesn't look as good.
