LOL…We love you and your alter egos, Russ. Thank you for sharing them with us. I say let Rufus come up with a redneck plan to take that beauty noodling.

Heres one that was produced by Tim Sloth brother. It's got a bunch of characters in it - including Rufus :) Damn, A lot's changed since then - I don't even own those attys any more and have added two BMF's to my collection.

I'm not sure how I'm going to offer the 500's just yet. They take about the same amount of time and effort to make as an 18650 mod but I may offer them all made one way maybe just a bead blasted or sniper or red . ...something like that, in an attempt to cut costs and get the price down a little bit. If I can make ten at a time I can save some ti.e n sell them cheaper. . I know everyone wants theirs their way tho so I'm not quite sure about then just yet. I am sure that they are super cool. . First 500 mod I've ever used, it hits the same just runs out of battery faster.
I know they must take the same amount of time as you said, and the difference in material cost would be miniscule that won't even figure but don't underestimate the love for 18490´s , I bet you'll sell them at the same price without hesitation, not as much as the 18650 but you will be giving an option that almost no one is giving so it could really be something

You might be a redneck if you think you can take Super X's reptile on a fishing trip...

You might be a redneck if you live in canton GA too :). But my neighborhood is more like Agrestic :). ... TMOD-C Tommy B getting me hooked on a new show. A kick ayuss new show. I'm nearly done with season 1 and there's like 8 more seasons to marathon on demand. Life's good :)

Hey ya'll - heads up - you may see a "new" TMOD vid dropping today (if your a subscriber to my YouTube channel) but it's just a re-drop of the sniper TMOD vid. I forgot to alert my 5 subscribers last time and I dont want them to miss the sniper. If you are a sub and see an alert and haven't seen the vid you can watch it now. Its legendary :)

looks so odd, having glove box on the wrong side of the car

sharp mod

When I got in a cab at McCarran airport in Vegas and went to the hotel I spent most the time looking at the steering wheel on the left hand side. You see it on tv and such but looked so strange in front of me.

What really screwed me up was having to shift a manual transmission car with my left hand when I was in Scotland.

Strange - Im right handed and here with a manual car you change gears with your left hand and it feels natural.
I haven't driven a car with the gearstick on the right but Im sure i would find changing gears with my right hand strange.
So I would go automatic or paddles.

Here's a coil master review V3 where I let my inner dork do the review and my inner dork likes TMODS too :)

Thanks Dempsey, unlike SuperX, you SAVED me some $$$ with this review. The comparison makes me feel fine about my recent purchase of the CM version 2. I have no problem turning the smaller handles and like the smaller rods when installing my coils on a tiny Chalice 3. I am curious when one might use the 2nd opposite winding hole, the direction of the end coils is going to be exactly the same if you just flipped the coil over, no? Don't see the benefits or need for the 2nd hole, maybe I'm missing something as a newbie?

I have not watched the vid yet, but flipping a coil over gives you the same leg position. You need to wrap them in opposite directions to achieve a "mirror image" leg position, which can be beneficial or even necessary for certain builds. Sometimes it just looks cool.

Thanks, just can't WRAP my head around its real world application. (Pun in caps)
Would love to see a photo where a coil uses this technique. Seems to me no matter which direction you turn the CM, the leads are always going to come off the coil on the opposite sides of the coil. Excuse my ignorance, I'm as new to coiling as one could be, but a fairly fast learner, maybe, perhaps....... :)

The Marquis comes to mind. The CM V3 is perfect for making opposing vertical coils.

Your gonna need a couple bands arn't ya rick, I'll send them with your bottle.

The mini i just made is brushed. I made it out of a Block I was practicing the lizzard on. I thought I'd messing up but I didn't, came out just fine nonrefinishing needed. I'm thinking the mini ' s I'm copper are gonna be big. They don't weigh anything so even in copper they wouldn't be bad. ..

Haha did I just get some wheels turning...

i love me some copper!!!!!

Marquis is the perfect example, you need the coils mirrored, wrapped opposite, one clockwise the other counter clockwise. .

Can you use that jig for twisted wire?

Tom, I'm counting upwards of 10 folks who would like the baby TMod. In less than 2 days from first seeing a picture. Is that enough? Please? :)
Yes I will make them, I have to get a little bit of work done first then I'll start on them, gimmie a couple days.... don't you want me to test this little guy out for a few days to make sure it doesn't fall apart or something. ..haha. .. I just want to be the only one with one for a couple more days. [emoji39]
