1. I had none on mine. Maybe some oil and or oxidation. Wipe it off. You want the button and compartment smooth and clean.
2. REOMIZER 9.0 SQUONKED BY THE SQUONK MASTER HIMSELF. It's a Vector. It is glued to my TMOD. reomods.com
3. Do not own a mini.
4. Deoxite gold your contacts including the bottom of the battery hole. Wipe everything with a damp towel and dry. That's all there is.
Thank You,Is that reomizer 9.0 a clone or an authentic vector? what is that reomizer 8 - a stumpy or derringer?

Deoxite Gold is an antioxidant and a sealant protectant for electronic contact points. When an electric charge is generated through copper or brass or steel it leaves a residue that is technically oxidation. It builds up as a blackish, greasy residue. A deoxidant cleans these areas and protects it from oxidizing...it slows the oxidizing process so your contacts conduct that electrical charge as efficiently as possible. The end result is a TMOD that fires with max force and max electrical charge every time you fire it.[/QUOT
Sounds like i need that, where is it sold?

The reomizer 9 is a clone.

If you chase flavour most struggled to take a liking to this atty. I bought two catfish authentic vectors, one had 1/2 day use the other never opened. Stumpy, manta way surpass the vector for flavour, the authentic (not sure about Reo clone) is an an amazing machined piece though.

Speak with Tom at catfish see if he has any authentic mantas left, these are top air flow and probably with the stumpy it's been the majority favourite two as a group. I have both and the stumpy for me just shades the manta purely for build options and build quality again of the atty

I am also having difficulty finding the recommended TMOD mini battery ( purple efest 1000 mah button top) I have found some red colored efest button top but they are 1100 mah. I want button top because i like a shorter button throw, would these red ones be ok? would there be in difference in performance versus the recommended purple ones? I want to get some ordered so they will be here when my mini arrives ( hopefully soon)

REOMIZER 9.0 is 45 bucks and is a perfect replica. The Vector from catfish is like 75 bucks. I have the Vector, REOMIZER 9.0, Stumpy, Derringer, Hastur, Manta v2 and many others both authentics and clones. For a new builder, the REOMIZER 9.0 is easiest to build. The flavor is incredible and on par to all those other attys when you get it right. The other decks are very small and will be a challenge for a newer builder.

Attys very much come down to taste, whilst 45 for a vector clone is much cheaper than 75 is still a lot to pay for an atty that very much has split users. If I were looking I certainly follow the crowd, in the 30 mins I used the vector with two different two tried and tested coil setups and numerous coil positions on each I came to the conclusion like the majority of the others. Easy to build yes but flavour muted against my personal favourites.

The manta and the stumpy on the other hand id say 90% plus of people love them, the flavour is intense and the build is as easy as the vector on both. Both are flavour machines, both loved by pretty much everyone. That said buy one of these and your as close to guaranteeing a winner, but the vector for half the cost and like my two they may just end up being expensive paper weights

The tried and tested are the purple efest 1090 mah. There are numerous ways to help with button throw as posted in here over the last weeks. A 1.5mm x 8mm diameter neo magnet on the neg of the battery or as somebody posted earlier today a rubber prong put on the underside of the battery again of similar size.

I'm sure the reds will work, I know the purple are 15amp peak draw, to me any less than this will restrict a lower build. Check your build of 0.7ohms x 4.2volts on an ohms calculator to see what the current falls in at, if this is below the red efest peak draw amps you would be fine to go with these.

Edit - we could do with the o-ring size confirmed that fits around the button, 1.5mm will be perfect again, Tom whats the OD of your buttons?

The Vector from catfish was(is) $70 and the BF conversion is excellent. Only $25 more than the clone makes it an obvious choice. At least for me.

Build quality, AFC, top air flow and easy build deck makes the Vector an extremely user friendly and practical bf atty. And you can build low and make big clouds. However the Vector lacks a little in the flavour department or there is a code still to be cracked. For those complex juices with hints of this and that the Manta v2 is a lot better. And the Nectar may even top the Manta but I have only vaped the Nectar for a day so the jury is still out.

Haven't built the Stumpy yet but high hopes since everybody loves it.

Purple efest is the worst battery I have ever used. Sammy and sony for me...and a bunch of awrs.

He was asking about batteries for the Tmod mini, this mod takes 18500, market at this size is limited and toms test with the purples have gone well.

Id agree in as much as 18650 Sony vtc5 and samsung 25r are the best, I think SXD dd find out the AWR's make a 18490 of similar dimensions to the efest purple 18500 but so far I believe their untested

Agree 100% with everything you say, the stumpy you gotta get built it's my fav to date. The manta is as good flavour wise and benifit a from top AFC so leak proof but I prefer the stumpys looks and have not yet had any leakage.

I too just received the nectar mini, cleaned it earlier but not yet built, was going to wait until I get my e8 back but come the weekend I may be tempted to give it a run on the Tmod. Be interested to hear how it pans out for you and what build your running
