That's not too bad. I have others I can use in the meantime :).

At 28%, it may only take 1 3/4 to 2 hours. Remember you can take these down until they cutoff. On my first one and the first charge on that one, I took it down to 14% before it cut off. It has only gotten better since then and it usually stops working at 6% now.

Next time I'll take it all the way down. I wasn't sure how low these can go. I know it had been mentioned before in here, but not about to go hunting around for it. I guess I get impatient and hate the thought of losing this thing for awhile to let it charge, but I can make a couple hours just fine. Does this cut off when it hits full charge?

Yes it stops charging when it hits 100%. You can tell because the charge current drops to 0.0. If you leave it plugged in after you hit 100%, the screen stays lit and it starts loosing it charge slightly. What I guess I'm trying to say is that if you don't unplug it immediately, when you go to pick it up it may say 98% and not 100%.

I've been using my Goon and LBC in power mode for the time being until I can get whatever needs to be set up right. I'm running my Goon with dual 3mm 316l fused claptons, 26*2/30, at .15 ohms. At first I was running it at 80W and it was fairly good. Kicked it up to 90W, and it's starting to do what I want it to. I've been using this LBC since it arrived and set up the Goon, about 6 hours or so, and my battery is still showing halfway. Not bad! Also been through a half bottle of juice. So, it looks like the battery should hold up until refill time.
Once the battery has done about 10 cycles you should get about 2 full bottles out of a full charge if you stay around 50 watts.

I finally put my LBC on charge. Made it down to 28% and figured it's time. How long does it take to charge? I am using my phone's adapter and it's only 1A.
1a is all the dna200 will take, your charger is perfect. From 28% it should be under 2hrs to full charge.

Exactly... Your battery has broken in.
From the brief testing I did when I first started using these cells:
When they are new and run all the way down they will take a 1000mah to 1025mah charge. After break in they will take almost 1200 mah per cell I had a freak, that would take 1300 in 2 of the three cells and 1240 in the other cell. That's a lot of power. In comparison the fullymax cells I tested I never saw one go over 1000mah per cell. Just imagine a dna75 with 2 of these cells (instead of 3) and a half inch(or more) smaller..... Hint hint....

I'm still having problems with my LBC with ss wire in tc. Still happy using it in power mode.
Listen closely to NatGasMan and Jazzy. The LBC is shipped with a very basic SS 316 profile which works ok for me. My knowledge of specific metal programming on the dna200 is a bit soft. The only thing I use temp control on is a hurricane tank beyond that I'm all power mode with either SS 316 or A1 Kanthal. Personally I focus on building the LBC. If someone comes up with a perfect SS profile I would love a copy of it to disseminate to prior LBC users as well as include with future LBCs.

I'll try everyone's recommendations on the LBC. This is my first dna device so I have a lot to learn. All the help will be appreciated.

This was the first use and am using it at 90W and it lasted me from 3PM yesterday until this morning. I'm tickled with that.

It did take less than 2 hours to fully charge. I'm going to see how long this charge lasts.

Driller, I apologize in advance if I say anything that offends you. Please understand that is not my intention. So, I may suggest things that make you say, of course I did that. :)

When you open Escribe and make all the changes, do you then use the button to upload those settings to your LBC? Because I have done that.....make a bunch of changes and then forget to upload them to the LBC.

I could not figure out how to turn the preheat function off. So I set it at 50w for 0.1 seconds. That basically turns it off.

I did not go look at the coefficient values that Tom loaded. I have had no need as ss316l is working as it should for me, but worth a look if you are still having problems.

I assume you are dry burning your ss, especially if you are trying contact coils. I do so. You just can't over dry burn ss. Keep the pulses short.

That is all I have for now, but will keep trying as long as you're willing. :)

Would it cause too much of a problem if I switched to the DNA 75 instead of the 200, and would it be available in that Super Chrome Yellow?... I really don't go over 45-50 watts when I vape Mechs anyway, but wanted your regulated Mod.

edit: just wanted to make sure i did this right.

Hype clone Interest list. The authentic is out of production and has been since April 2016. This has zero effect on the modder as he sold out long before the first clone emerged. IMO this is a guiltless clone. Standard clone rate applies $45. Who is in?

No offense taken. I understand that it's difficult to gauge the experience somebody has with a certain device without knowing the person. I read the advice given to me and if I haven't tried yet I'll try and report back as to the outcome. I have a single ss z coil in the stumpy right now. I'm happy using it in power mode until it's time to rewick then I'll try a spaced coil. I did look into the tcr setting and changed it to 0.00092. Again I'm still new to escribe and the dna 200 so I welcome all the provided to me. Thanks.
