I'm also leery of the zinc. The Releaux was also made of zinc. It didn't inspire confidence when drilling and tapping to 10mm for the 510. Hopefully the steamcrave is a little thicker than the Releaux.
well thier has been i think 2 SC boxes done but they had a drill press and i dont.so idk if my dremel will cut through the zinc.maybe if i can find diamond tipped lil round cutoff wheels it wilkl go easier...thoughts...anyone?...lol.from what i saw i need to just cutout the whole place where the buttons and bord were at. 1.5 inch wide X maybe 4 er 5inches so in height. just a big rectangle...i think.
i didnt wanna spend 80 for a drill press and 50$ for an xy vice.so gonna try the old fashion vice..lol.im gonna wait b4 i buy EVERYTHING(parts) i need just in case i destroy the SC box.then ill only be out 65$ er something like that.i could always go the light box squonker...lol.nahh to ugly but always a last resort.
So, I'm gonna go ahead and give some thoughts on the Maker. I've thrown a lot of builds at it already - mostly Z coils but also also set of duals for a bit. I've tried 3 or 4 different flavors in it. Right now I'm running a .3 ohm parallel 26g single center coil. I think it's 2.4mm ID-ish...
This is basically a top air stumpy IMO - easy build - great flavor - I think it's going to be a win for anyone who digs the stumpy Z coil almost without a doubt. I didn't like the duals as much but then again I don't vape duals on the reg, so I'm not the best to judge that.
I'm finding it plays best with some heat. I was aiming higher than .3 with this build but decided to try it anyway. I don't think I'll touch this build for a while. It's awesome and the flavor is unbelievable.
I'll make the vid tomorrow night and Thursday. It'll be up Friday. Expect practically nothing but good things to be said. I'm excited to see reviews roll out as other people get theirs

I know if i still drank i wouldnt be buying all this bf gear for sure. Dont miss it at all
Well the way my coils slightly angled, most the air holes face the coil directly, but 1 or 2 of them on each side are facing the posts
