I WOULD think we'd see a proliferation of "flashlight stores" - but that won't work, because they can't compete with flashlights from China.

I know I'll be able to keep getting my soap ingredients, food flavoring, and rechargeable batteries.

We DO want to come up with a good descriptive name for those flashlight attachments that have holes in the bottom...

It wouldn't be the worst idea you have had. It would seem most of it goes after the juice companies.

Won't Nude Nic custom blend with the addition of PG if desired and also do custom nic levels? I believe you had said that they will do this custom blending in larger sizes at a significant cost savings?

Yup.... Along with the flavors I ordered a liter of 8mg 15/85 pg/vg. Ready to go, no mixing. You have to call them if you want to get all fancy though. If you can live with 3,6, or 12mg and 30/70 you can do it without the phone call. I'm a pain in the .... and I want what I want (A huge part of why I started this in the first place). I will say however you can also buy liters premixed with flavors as well but the price doubles. $42 for my liter, $75 if I have them add flavor; I got the feeling they weren't too into selling pre-mixed w/flavors. My next order will be for 4 liters the same way along with a liter of 100mg for the when the Feds forward their agenda. Pray/vote for a non-establishment president and we might be able to vape a few years from now. I'm not trying to turn this into a political debate, there are forums for that already in place, I just felt it needed to be mentioned.

Rick & Tom..if I may. Maybe a guy who still wants the LBC but doesn't have the money ready when it's due can move down the list instead of being taken entirely off the list. This way he still maintains his chance to get it, and Tom doesn't end up losing.

One more issue in regards to the "Deeming Regulations" as it pertains to both the LBC and other mods using high power boards. In the regulations there are mentions to the regard of a device having the ability to burn not just "produce vapor" will fall into an even more scrutinous catagory. I have a feeling the mods and boards for that matter are going to change to lower power all in the name of regulation. I forsee in 5 years we will be back to 8-12 watt devices. Who knows maybe the LBC will be the next pre 1980 colt m16.

I don't see vape shops going away. Since 2010 it has been illegal to ship tobacco products. Up until now juice, cigars, and pipe tobacco were NOT considered tobacco products, now they are. Again shipping tobacco products is illegal... Now we have been classified as using tobacco products, that will have huge ramifications that most haven't previously considered. Guess what? In regards to all of your insurances (health, life, other) with a stroke of a pen you are ALL smokers again.

Vape Shops and conventions will be bigger than ever. Maybe I will have to travel to meet and greets and do all the conventions, personally I think it would be awesome to meet all of you one on one.

I'm referring to the deeming specifically stating that a vape shop mixing juice IS a manufacturer, and would need to get the same approvals as friggin NJOY or Blue will - at a cost of like a million bucks per flavor to lawyers for paperwork....blah blah. I know it's insane, but that's what it says.

Without in-house juice, MANY vape shops die.
And they're easier to find and fine than the people ordering stuff online...

Actually, I think Chinese commerce will be largely unaffected - it's just that new vapers won't see the stuff in shops or ads anywhere, so more people will keep smoking and die. Good job, FDA.

Hopefully they've learned from previous fiascos that intercepting packages is a fail...then again, no. Not capable of learning, so they might try that again. Should be entertaining. We'll have to keep an eye out for that.

yeah i was to quick to bail man,i hope i havent been booted just yet,i may be able to come up with the rest of the coin needed.we still have a few or 3 weeks im guessing....hoping anyways.good idea with the bump down the list insteada off the list.

I buy all my Cigars & Pipe Tobacco's on-line, guess they have a Big Brother/ FED GOV exception... this comprises ~80-85% of my juices, Coffee and some Vanilla, DIYed, are 10-15% and the rest is just PG/VG/NIC with some Peppermint or Wintergreen, guess I'll experiment with Spearmint leaves, shouldn't be too different from Tobacco.

I'd think the meet & greets would be a minimum of 10-15 at a time, I'm sure the Facebook crowd may trickle by as well.
