I dunno what a Goon is, but the name is the greatest. Makes me think of Mario. Guess I'm thinking of goombas? Or something...:D

FINALLY got around to building the Chi-Matty and it's not too bad at all! Had a time trapping my coil leads, but glad I kept at it. You guys weren't kidding about how quiet it is! I twisted some 26ga kanthal then built a single 5 wrap coil, 3.0mm ID. I have the dual air slots fully open and it produces a ton of vapor and flavor.

Don't think I'd go through the insanity of trying to get an authentic though.

After shipping everything today I took an hour for my self and built a few attys that I had held back, it was bliss. Long story short I'm currently comparing MAttys on my SX350 TMods one with an authentic MAtty and one with a clone from the last batch. Initial impression the clone is slightly more efficient due to the flat bottom pin that I used on this batch. I will say the terminal plates on the authentic are a little better but if that really bothers you; you can get the real ones from MEB for about half the price of the entire clone, I'll work with what I have thanks.

I also built a Nipple clone to put on my E8, I figured it would be a efficient enough atty so I could run low enough wattage to keep it from eating yet another board (3 so far, grrrr). When this board goes it will be sold for parts. The atty Squonks way better than I thought it would based on the measurements, easy to build with dual verticals and the center post had no problem with dual coil 26 gauge verticals. Evidently even in the nipple 30 watts just isn't enough for me, or maybe it's just the gutless dna40. One of these days I'm going to build a mid power (60-75w) squonker with a 26650 and an Italian bottle. Dna75? Dicodes? Hmmmmm..... I like the sx board but I wish I could get better battery life, toting around a bandoleer of 18650s just to last the 10 hours I'm at work sucks... Hence my love for 3 cell lipos, the LBC protos have never let me down when used the way I vape. Ymmv.

Well now I'm just rambling......
The LBC bodies shipped to me yesterday btw. Won't be long now!

Speaking of authentics Tom, any news on when/whether there will be future runs of the Narda? Still kicking myself for not hopping aboard when they were available.

I have 3 messages in to Nareg. I was supposed to get another batch from the batch he is doing right now; if the top fed folks would just move on to the next shiny thing we would be all set.

What up On the LBC DNA 200 I can't find any valid info like price, when they are being made again?

Only the demos/prototypes have been made thus far. I have 150 bodies on the way and about 60 committed to. Once the first batch (of 60) are on the way out the door I will open the list up again.
The price: $425 shipped non-PayPal or $450 shipped PayPal. I strongly prefer non PayPal. Any other questions? Feel free to ask. The LBC is my baby.
Basic stats:
Dna200
10.5 watt/hr battery
8.5 ml Italian bottle
All SS 510 recessed, adjustable from 3mm- 5.5mm peek insulator, no springs, no brass, no plating, just bullet proof.
Size 2.28" wide, 15/16" thick, 3.9" tall
Both faces carbon fiber (large twill, not the cheap stuff used on the prototype)
Recessed battery retainer in the same carbon fiber, bezel also in the same carbon fiber
SS buttons power 8mm, up/down 6mm
Anodized in 5 or 6 different colors to include Ti gray, fire engine red, Kelly green, Royal blue, and a special edition color probably gold anno. All with black large twill carbon. (Daddy like contrast).

Gravy....
Maybe we should do this another way, how about an old school interest list? Who wants a Goomba?
Goomba= Bottom fed Goon. If we hit 20 I will hunt them down wholesale and do them for $5 over retail if I can get them.

No problem.... Send me an email to the address in my logo to get started. I currently have zero send in ahead of you. I have been threatened with an incoming Kennedy but nothing has shown up yet.

I wanted a BF Goon too, but I never got it to send in cause I don't do all those fancy alien hoof angel coils. I'm afraid without them the rda will be subpar, I only do standard builds, fused Claptons are as fancy as I get. When I played with one the deck is pretty huge, and my little dinky coils wouldn't do much justice for that rda. Just my 2 cents.
