To confuse the issue, the HG2's are being phased out for the new HG's that are approaching release. Many vendors are selling the 2's to clear out their stock for this reason as well. Illumn is an authorized seller, however. Not immune to counterfeit I suppose, but less likely.

Just received an additional 20 HG2's from Illumn today and can vouch that they are legit. Great company to deal with. They are just south of me and often times when I order from them early in the morning, I have that order in hand the very next day by noon when USPS hits.
