The hardware on the O terminals are either #1 or #2 bolts. Very fragile, my authentic was threaded incorrectly from the factory on the negative post and I was certain the bolt would snap off in the hole if pushed. I gently extracted the damaged bolt and bored and threaded for m2.5. I installed m2.5 hex cap bolts and the head fits the slot perfectly. Solid connection and got rid of the fiddley plates but kept the concept with the proper sized bolt head. Win/win.

Ahhh, so THIS won't happen... I get it...

Just a heads up: on the next run of powders I will do them with silicone bottles (yeah those, from THAT guy)I can't do them on the annos due to having to refinish them. Someone sent one in todayalong with an LBC that needed some attention and without destroying the finish on the inside completely I just can't make them work right and have the door not rock. I will mill the inside of the LBC to accept the silicone bottles prior to powdercoating.

That's actually a tough call. Orange is favorite color, but the glow of the neon yellow is awe inspiring. They're both going to get heavy use.
