I assume the LiPo will be removable. If so, a word to the wise:

The temptation to charge above one Amp will be strong...2A is fast...3A is ridiculously fast.

This may cause the LiPo to SWELL! It will also, undoubtably, loosen the glue on the LiPo label, making any door a tighter and tighter fit.

Solution: remove the LiPo label.

I used WD40, a tiny amount and carefully. It may be poisonous.[emoji12] see last lines at the bottom
I'm leaning more towards removable as in replaceable at the end of the battery's life; not so much a hot swappable system that would lure folks to carry a mod that's too small and a pocket full of lipos, very bad idea.

Well it's coming up on 2 am and I filled and charged the first time at 9pm so almost 5hrs on the new mod and the battery is at 62% and the 10ml SB silicone bottle has less than 4mls left. Currently running at 39.4 watts (due to not having time to re-build a chi-narda for lower resistance. 39.5 gives the "OHMS TO HIGH" prompt. I will re-build a few attys tomorrow to stretch her legs. My goal is a solid 50 watts and full 10ml bottle drained just before the battery is dead. Looking good so far.

Yep, agree.

Even carrying in LiPo Bag is unwise. But once it's removable boys will be boys (and girls, girls).

Then comes the day you cannot remove the door 'cept with a crowbar. [emoji18] Just the other day ordered LiPo's without labels. [emoji41]

First battery/bottle test:
With less than a ml of juice the dna75 threw a "low battery" prompt. In the last 5 vapes it went from 23% to 3%. Recharged and continued with the same bottle and the battery was drained before 90%. I'm thinking with battery break in I will hit my goal. Food for thought: I could do a dna250 version with the same profile and 14mm thicker... 10ml/ 1850/dna250 would be awesome but very thick.

Myself, I don't use near what the LBC puts out. I am using 55W right now with a particular dripper in single coil, but with a dual, I go up to 70-75, so a 250 would be really overkill. I like the idea of the 75W, up to 150W. I do like the fact that I'm not taking the 200 up anywhere near capacity.

But that 2amp charging though. I have a 250 in my fluorescent yellow powder LBC. It's never been over 65 watts but the charging speed is amazing.
