Update: In regards to the 20700 list I'm about to give up on iJoy. I have just sent an email to them (15 emails so far) maybe this will be the lucky one. I have sent at least 2 emails a day since Monday for an invoice and each time it's either ignored or the invoice they sent is incorrect. Losing patience rapidly. This is why I said hold off on payments until I pay the invoice, I owe a few folks refunds if this doesn't pan out. Still working on it. It's 8:25 am in China as I post this so maybe catching them first thing in the morning is the keys fingers crossed.
As to the mods: I have the bodies wired and finished with 510s installed, I will be installing the boards tonight (overnight) and I have a detail sander that will arrive tomorrow morning (Friday) to shape the door recesses and the bezel recesses to the stainless doors and bezels.
If the boards go in without drama I will move on to the 400 magnets to be fitted and installed.

Tom - take a deep breath - it sounds as though you're a little stress out Brother - I am assured you have done the very best that you could - on a positive note it sounds like we will getting a new mod soon that my friend is a very good thing. I can't wait to see what you have for us. batteries will come sooner or later. The chance for what is to be a great mod not so much. Thanks for all you do

It seems Chinese companies don't care to respond to customer service inquiries...
Not sure about the "rules and regs" and whatnot so I'll keep it generic enough I hope but... when a certain device came out that you could build coils on and then fire them on the same device with a built-in ohm-meter, the early units had a 510 that was sloppy as all hell. Mine wasn't within the serial number window that qualified for an automatic replacement. After (I think) 9 months of trying to contact them, I couldn't get a new, working unit. After a lot of back and forth, and detailing the problem as best I could...nothing. Whenever I did get a (non-helpful) reply, it was followed by inaction...crickets. Then more emails that were never responded to. Finally one night, in a particularly ornery (and probably childish...) mood, I decided to "take it to the socials". I made a new Twitter handle "@companynamehereSUCKS" and spammed their account with my questions as to why they wouldn't respond to me or fix the issue. Wouldntchaknowit, I woke up the next morning to an email from some PR person telling me a new unit would be delivered in the next few days. This was at a time when they were always "out of stock"...hmm, where'd they find an extra to send me I wonder? ***EDIT*** They also begged me to delete the Twitter handle, which I did the day I received the replacement unit.***EDIT***
Anyway, keep giving them hell Tom, I hope they come through. Thanks for what you do, we wouldn't be here in this thread if we didn't want your products so I hope there's some solace in that.

If it doesn't pan out, keep the money I sent for a tip, which I forgot to add when I paid for the mod...I could care less about 50 bucks in batteries.....
Thanks for the support guys. In this particular case I'm starting to think the issue is that Panasonic or one of the huge battery distributors in China caught wind of what iJoy was doing and they didn't like it. It seems iJoy has removed all signs of this battery from their website and perhaps ignoring me in hopes that I will just let it go quietly.

You must be clairvoyant.... I dug in my heels and sent 20 emails to each of the three addresses in rapid fire succession. Evidently I got someone's attention... I'm promised they will ship on Monday. Never underestimate the power of the squeaky wheel. We will have 20700A cells!
Nah.... I'm only as nice as I have to be to get it done. Most people's default setting is to be generally nice, I lack that particular setting. I find being a hard ... 90% of the time serves me well' then when you are nice it garners much more attention than going in soft and ramping up.Treat'em like a hydrant and piss on'em.
My OCD kicked in today... I have learned that 3d printing is nowhere near as precise as I require for the way I do my plates and bezels... so I had to either accept my plates and bezels being all weird and sticking up in places or sunken in others or... I have milled all the mating surfaces and edges where the plates and bezels meet the body. 14 hours later and I'm almost done. Now the plates and bezels drop in to the bodies with .25mm gap or less and zero binding. The bezels do bind just like they did on the LBC to reduce the likelihood of the bezel coming off in a drop situation. They look way better than the prototype. I should have them done tomorrow and ready for programming.
.......Which brings me to my question, I never asked what you folks thought of the LBC programming. What settings would you like to see on the JR? Materials? Boosted pre-fire? How many true temp control profiles? Can we get rid of titanium and nickel? I take it ss and NiFe are a given? I have yet to find a battery profile for the 20700; if you have seen one feel free to send me a link. I'm currently using the stock Samsung 25r profile and at 0% it will still spike up to 44w in less than a second and mind you that's after 10 hours of use. I do love this mod!
