I have a very straight up question.
Possible to get thick huge clouds at 0.8 ohm ?
Ive got 28awg kanthal japanese cotton and a 2mm screwdriver to wrap it on.Dont want to go above 2mm because macro coils dont get enough power in my mech mod.P.s im using a brand new efest 18350 700mah.

    No kidding!

If you want to sub ohm use batteries capable of doing it. Get LG HE2 or Samsung 25r 18650s

That battery is more than enough for that build. 0.8 ohms at 4.2v (assuming little to no voltage drop) will get you ~20watts. More than enough to get you a nice vape on any RTA. Maybe too much if your vaping on a single coil atty like a Kayfun or Taifun. Drippers you may feel a bit underwhelmed. Having that small form factor in a mech mod can be really nice too. Steath :) The only problem for me is that 18350 batteries just don't last very long. If you've only got one battery you be lucky to get more than a few hours out of it. Less if you chain vape.

Yeah Efest 18350 are only 10 amp but at .8 fully charged @ 4.2 volts he'll get 22.05 watts and run an amp load of 5.25 amps so he's safe there but I wouldn't go any lower than a .6 coil as after firing a coil the ohm can fluctuate some and at a .6 you are @ 7 amps which means you are very close to the battery amp capacity.

I generally only run 3/4 of the continuous amp drain capacity of a cell for a safety precaution. Now we aren't going to hold the button on a mech mod until the battery goes dead, we technically are only pulsing the battery when vaping. So for instance a Sony VTC5 is rated 30a continuous 150a pulse so could you safely vape a 40a build according to the pulse rating yes in theory, but is it worth testing the theory not in my eyes it isn't and if that build were held continuously it would surely vent the battery and end in catastrophic failure.
