After looking at your build photo here are some ideas try doing a centered build so that the coils sit directly in front of the center post When you wick the build make Sure that the cotton isn't tucked under the center of the coil this will allow airflow under the coil which helps to keep it cooler when run at higher wattage and also helps with vapor production. Center the airflow of the outer barrel of your atty directly in front of your coils and don't be afraid to give a pretty hellatious pull on that thing. You want to be up on your wattage around 70 or so and you should be rocking.

So when i wick it, put the cotton under but more to the sides? or put it around the top?

here's a video of how it performs at 70 watts

Nice clouds! Mines is reduced from 90-100W to about 75-80W just to make it a bit more tolerable. I haven't centered my coils just yet i just moved the cotton underneath more to the side and now i'm seeing a BIG difference from my setup with the cotton under the coil and at 45-50W.
Now my clouds are a lot denser and thick, almost as much vapor as yours. Thanks for the help! I'll post up a video when i get my build centered so you could see how it turned out.

I 4 of them that I got 18 months ago if they go bad I think I'm going to run Samsung 25R or MNKE exclusively. Efest are over rated a buddy of mine actually had a set vent on him in a mechanical box he built and he is electrical savvy too he builds amateur band radio boards power inverters and stuff like that so he understands amperage and voltage so when he built the box he did it right with all the proper protection for the switch etc and yeah Efest went poof. So no purple batteries for this guy

Its ok, i share your skepticism on the purple efest batteries. I've heard mixed reviews on them thats why i tried to get VTC5s cuz i heard they were one of the best.

The good news is that there are still rewrapped VTC4s around that are also 30a (just less mAh). You just have to know what you're looking for.

There are few vendors that have legit VTC4's in stock, I listed reputable vendors in my first response to this thread.
No need guess & mess with re wraps.

I wouldn't put an unknown battery in a mechanical, some of the fake vtc5's have tested as low as 10a cdr.

Waaaaa 4 batteries for $40, i just heard my wallet shriek! I mean, after all the money i spent already...
We'll just chalk that up to "in due time"
Can we check the CDR with a DMM?
