My pegasus came with brass contacts and a stainless switch it hit kind of weak compared to my all copper Hades mechanical so I had a friend that had a Pegasus copper mech mod that he had a battery vent in and it damaged the tube so he told me to take what I needed for mine and the copper contacts and switch made all the difference it still has slightly more voltage drop than his new all copper Pegasus but not nearly as much as it was stock with brass contacts it definitely hits harder and battery lasts longer now. So if you want a Pegasus my recommendation would be go for an all copper one it is a much better performing mod than a stainless.

Yea I'd say give it a try with 6 wraps of 26g kanthal, should be around .3ohm and get a nice set of batteries, the list above by Topwater Elvis is a good place to start, sorry for the confusion as he is right about the efest purple nurples. Trying an orchid clone with 2x 2mm coil 5 wraps 26g kanthal. About
2 ohms.. Chucking clouds at 25w!

Awwww i guess i should do a trade with my pops. He ordered one from fasttech but they haven't shipped it out yet. Mines does not produce a lot of vapor. I'll jump on some samsung 25R batteries if i can get them at a price under $10 a piece.

I would probably have to buy 26G kanthal as well. ATM i have 22G and 24G, my mistake :(

Illumn.com has 25Rs for $6 a pop. Buy a pair and get a free case.

You typically get what you pay for regarding high quality batteries. I always recommend Orbtronic sx30 18650s, they cost a bit more but they are true 30a CDR batteries that "hit hard" in layman's terms. I run them in my iPV3 while I'm charging my VTC5s (I bought a lot of them way back prior to the shortage and thankfully kept a matched pair just in case) and in my mechs. They are slightly longer than a VTC4 which has similar specs, but so far they've fit all my mods just fine. Worth a look if you need a 30a battery (recommended for the iPV3 by the way).

Vaporking and wetvape both have Sony VTC4 for sale right now and on top of that they are also on sale. Spend the dough and pick 2 or 4 up if you'd like some spares. also use a heavier VG base for your juice.

I'll look into it. As of right now i'm willing to spend the dough. You know what they say, no hobby is cheap! The juice i have are 50/50(cosmic fog) and 80/20(unicorn milk&Vapetrik's plume line). The main question i have at this point is:Which battery is better? The Samsung 25R or the VTC4s?

Do you have any reliable sellers that have a good deal on those batteries? I'll def look into those for my IPV3

I appreciate the sarcasm... >.<

You should

you need to be a little more serious specially running at .2 ohms? You over discharge one of those nonames at 50 amps you wont be here asking anymore questions you really do need to understand what your doing to these batteries with that build

Not being a jerk ,trying to keep you safe
