A parallel coil acts like dual coils in the space of a single coil.

Parallel mounting is dual coils where both are mounted + to - posts

Series dual coils are two coils where one coil is attached to the + post only and the second coil is attached to the - post only, and the two free ends are connected or simply built with an uncoiled section between the coils (very rare setup).

Parallel coils mounted in parallel are essentially quad coils, I've seen up to 9 strand parallel coils built. Not my cup of tea though.

Oh yeah I have been looking at some 22mm drip tips but that is alot better design it replaces the entire top cap

Sweet although hate thw pre order I wonder if they are going to get in soon

I'm NOT recommending you order from either of those sites. I have NO experience with either. I know some guys who have them and I'm going to get mine at a B&M locally. The one site that pre-order was linked only so you could see what it is compatible with and the other just because it had some reviews.

As far as parallel coils, we're on the same page, but series dual coils, I have no idea what you're trying to explain. I know it can be harder to try to type everything out and explain things, I don't know if your trying to explain a sleeper build? Two coils with 1 positive lead only.

(+) =////= (-) parallel coil (pretend that two wires used to make one coil) LOL

(+) (-) coils mounted parallel (resistance halved)

(-) //// (+) //// (-) this is also parallel mounting (resistance halved)

Coils mounted in series? WHAT lol

So everything you tried to explain, I already knew, but "coils mounted in series (resistance doubled)" I haven't tried doing that, I'm guessing you mean something like if you were doing quad coils, but only finished making 1 side?

I think hes talking about building 2 seperate coils and connecting them together at the leads somehow lol.I've never heard of this either.Would be a much better option to just build 2 coils on the same wire(build one big/long coil and fold it in half).

Just ordered me one of those today. I think it'll better suit me for my cloud chasing. Already making a lot with the Plumeviel but with that top cap it's going to be sweet.

My goto cloud chasing dual 24ga 4/5 wraps on 1/8 bit. iTeo wicking.

But after following Deed's build I copied one of his coil build. Man that thing produces a bunch.

Well trying to explain somethings with text can be really confusing to try to explain, and for someone else to understand what is trying to be explained.

It looks good, but also looks like it would take up a lot of time to build it.

The first time it did. But now I can make them quickly. But all the time spending and tinkering I needed something different. Was surprise how fast this build fires.

I already been in the lazy building mode for awhile after constantly doing builds that took awhile. Now I just do twisted kanthal, or royal wires and normally do dual parallel, or nano dragon coils or just simple coils on a sleeper build or put all those builds together.

I hear ya.

Also juice. Make sure it's close as possible to max VG. That'll help with clouds.

I know, I make my own juice for that reason, or I'll vape 99.5%+ VG. I'm not sure there's much else I can learn to get bigger clouds??? But, if you or anyone else has tips that is rare, I'm all ears, or eyes since this is a forum.

Good suggestions for tools & supplies, but he leaves out the most important tool: a digital multimeter or ohm reader to measure your coil resistance.
Yeah I noticed that lol I think sone of these people doing videos idk I guess it makes yiu wonder if they are just doing it yo show a buddy

I hope I get my camera setup soon and I can try my hand at it

I hope it was okay that I quoted you I think its good you do that all the time
