According to your post title sounds like you're trying to build something that will get you alot of vapor..... Alot of things play a factor, size kanthal you use, size of your airholes, single/dual/quad build, what your juice ratio is (higher vg more vape), and how good you are at building your coils meaning you don't want any hotspots, and be careful you don't put the coils to close to the rubber seal on the bottom of the positive post or you'll burn it as well causing a very bad taste.........
If your new to building coils and dripping, I'd start off with a single or dual coil at a decent ohm like .4 to .8 (hopefully you have something to test your ohms), then go from there to see what you prefer. Also check out youtube videos on builds, they helped me out alot.

I wouldn't get juice from fasttech, I haven't tried any but that's not why I'm saying you shouldn't, the shipping time is long to usa and I have heard juice is the major reason it gets stopped at customs and sent back to fasttech, you can get cheap quality juice from mt. Baker vapor and they ship fast.
That's huge bro no need maybe to much air ! 2 air holes 3/32 is good man I have 2 at 3/32 and run .2 ohms just fine and that's 21 amps and 88 watts put you can give it a try
1/8 is a good starting point. I've seen people go even larger. The key is being able to have enough airflow on a heavy lung drag to keep your coils cooled so they don't overheat (meaning they are cooking off your juice faster than it can wick).

Imo I get better vapor production out of micro coils, my pre-built coil heads for puritank/protank/evod are 1.8ohms and my built micro coils at 3.6ohms, the pre-built coils are normal and my built micro coils seem to produce about 30% more vapor imo.
Note: micro coils use juice slightly faster so depending on your juice delivery system this might be bad if using a curtain wick type, for an example my normal coil heads used silica and were set up with flavor wicks so coil with wick through it and a wick laid on top of the coil with the chimney piece directly above it with a grommet on it, I had to remove the flavor wick, silica wick, grommet and use cotton to deliver the juice fast enough for chain vaping with micro coils.
If that is hard to understand how I explained it I can make a youtube video about the build and how I do it tomorrow if you would like.

I actually never went there Kanj.nguyen. Caught onto the micro coil thing before I got past about 0.6 ohms. Really looking forward to trying it out.
Sure I will do it tomorrow and pm you the link and post it here, it is very simple the way I do it, I just rebuilt all of my coils in 9 of my 10 coil heads that I just got but yea I will explain that all in my video tomorrow.
Ryedan, I dont remember what page it is on, but if you go through the entire thread I linked on page one of this thread, you will see the entire evolution, variation, and type of micro that has been done to date (and a couple great video tutorials). Will take some time to go through it all, but you will learn a lot and get a few good laughs along the way.

Couldn't agree more on this one Kanj.nguyen! I've learned that air flow, wicking and coil surface area are in total way more important than lower resistance and way safer too. It's just a case of diminishing returns. Really looking forward to my new Vmod
