Cloupor Mini 30W

...oh forgot I have a Cloupor T 6 and the device is great, only thing I dont' like about it is that the center pin is not spring loaded, have to carry a little tiny screwdriver with you to change tanks. Also I have heard there is a weird fire delay with the 30W model, mine doesn't display that problem but just what I heard.

There are 39 pages on UK Vapers on why not to buy this mod.

Personally, I can't work out the full story. Did some explode? early ones?

Just read most of the tread. I'm not sure how widespread the battery issues have been, but it looks like the Cloupor Mini is a no go for me. My search goes on...

I happen to really like my Cloupor Mini.
It's tiny. Like, really tiny.

The problem I had leaned about from the various threads was there are inconsistencies in the chip, some have caught fire during charging, or from overheating while vaping it.
Mostly recorded on the lower serial numbered devices, so I'm guessing it's a first-run type issue.
A good test is holding the fire button down for the full 15 second limit, if the screen reads too hot it's likely the chip. If not, odds are you have a good one.

I've had mine for a while with no issues, and now I'm looking for a shorter tank. My Lemo is taller than the box.

Well like I said if you want a good device in a comparable power range you can't beat the Vapor Shark rDNA40

Sigelei 30W.

Smaller, less expensive (waaaaay less expensive), and has a DC/DC mode to run it as a mechanical mod.
They also make a 50w mod.

Vaporshark's are good devices, but overpriced for the power capabilities.
The only reason to get one is if you prefer temp controlled coils.

I'm looking at the Smok Xpro M36 and the Sigelei Mini 30W right now. Is one better than the other? Any negatives with either of these?

I'm not familiar with any of Smok's products, but I've heard good things. :)

I'm a real Sig fanboy, though. I love my 30w, and 50w v2. I like the 30w better than the 50w, only because I like the buttons better. The 50w has a single button for adjusting up or down. Think channel or volume button on a remote control. The 30w has individual buttons, which I like more.
I have a 150w that goes with me everywhere too.
My only complaint with any of them is the shape. I prefer tubes over boxes, but a good regulated 100w+ tube would be like a foot long.

here
i have the cloupor mini 30w ...i was a bit worried about the issues people were having ..but i fired it for fifteen seconds and no overheat warning
i heard that if you are going to use the usb charging option the back cover of the device should be removed to allow the heat to vent a bit
the device is really well built and the metal is thick which is a good thing but maybe not for ventilation .i wouldnt be using the usb to charge it anyway
unless i had to....if you're swapping batteries it should be fine ....dont quote me on that tho ...its just my opinion
i also use the subtank mini which is a great fit ....nice weight distribution

I have to say i was leary of the cloupor mini when i first got it with all the talk of problems but I've been using mine for over a month and not a single issue and i dont use the charge port very often as i have more than enough batteries i have used it a few times with zero problems. For the price its a great lil mod i would recommend.
