I thought it was obvious when I said it was just released yesterday. Shipping from China is 4-5 days at least (DHL to vendors) and 2+ weeks for customers. I seriously don't think anyone would pay $30 shipping for a $36 mod.
You could've just happened to be in China when the mini was released, wandering into the factory looking for the way to the hotel ;-)

I wish :D

Cloupor posted on their Facebook page. I found it from the discussions on FT so it was 3rd hand info. I was surprised no one here posted since it was over 24hrs since they posted.

I was gonna order one when it got closer to the 6th since that's what the ship date used to say but now FastTech says that it ships in 20 days

I expected this would happen which is why I ordered the day it was listed. I'm sure you'll be able to find one on sale in the states but might be a bit more than FT.

I'm still slightly surprised that no units found their way into the hands of bloggers/reviewers Stateside before the official shipping date. Cloupor either decided it didn't need help selling the Mini (apparently true) and/or it feared reviews might impede sales. I realize it's an inexpensive device. But I've grown tired of throwing money away on mediocre (and sometimes downright awful) vaping gear and liquids. I'm looking forward to hearing some user feedback.

I agree that it's surprising that no reviewers have this before the release. I'm sure they'll have no problems selling shiploads of this device. The chip is from their Hana clone which is at v3 and supposedly very good.

I agree about throwing money away on inexpensive devices which is why I bought a VS rDNA 40 and DNA 30 for reliable vaping. This, as well as the Hana clones I bought, were more for tinkering with to try to make the perfect mod for me.

I'm getting one to tinker with as well...looks like a good project box if nothing else.

... And the resistance and voltage read out to the hundredths. Maybe it's a new firmware on the Cloupor v3 DNA30 chipset?

Yeah, I forgot about the extra precision. Could very well be different firmware. One of my Hana Clones is still chugging along no problems. Another one I have the power button gave up the ghost so it's in file 13 and holding..

I ordered a Mini from VaportekUSA (preorder) just before they hit FastTech, their expected ship date from China was 27/12 but no updates on that yet.

Fingers crossed it works as well as it looks.

I was about to ask about the VV mode and readings to the hundredths. More importantly though, has the v3 chip a lag when firing from sleep mode? I really hope that's one of the updates they've done if that's not the case. After all, the chip in the cloupor zna50 fires without lag.

My Cloupor Hana clone v3 fires directly out of sleep.

Some chinese vendor actually cloned a Cloupor (which is a clone of the HANA) LOL! My understanding is the genuine Cloupors didn't have a fire delay, but this clone of a clone did. It would flash EVOLV DNA before it would fire. Maybe even the non Cloupor clones also had this delay? My understanding is all the Cloupor CANAs didn't have this delay.

I actually had to dispute through eBay when the seller insisted that I'm lying to him.

Same here. One of the biggest complaints was the pause so they changed it in v3. I can't imagine they would put it back on any mod they make. My Hana mini clone has a 1 sec pause and it sucks. Hate it.

question for you, have you tried to run this cloupor mini at low wattages? I am wondering if this thing can buck power or if it's just an adder only like all the other Cloupors.

No one has the mini yet, it's only about to be released. I haven't heard anything about buck functionality though.
