Tried contacting Cloupor? Since they are brand new obviously everything is still under warranty.
Still nothing from elev8ape, this is the email I received last Sunday,
Your order will be shipping very soon. We are currently working our way up the pre sale list. I would say your order should be shipped out in the next 24-48 hours.

How do peeps get that the specs on the T8 don't work out when,
The specs on the T8 actually work out.
5.6v (minimum) @ 0.2 ohms (minimum) = 156.8 watts
5.6v (minimum) @ 4 ohms (maximum) = 7.84 watts
Typical
5.6v (minimum) @ 1 ohm = 31.36 watts
14v (maximum) @ 1.5 ohm = 130.66 watts
The specs on the T8 actually work out.

Just contacted them right now... problem is I didnt get a receipt from ultramist since i bought it from vapesummit. Ill prob call the vendor if cloupor asks for it. Id rather do the swap with ultramist since they are in Cali as suppose to having to ship mine out to china and then wait for a replacement.

Charbanger,I ordered mine from the same vendor that you did,I placed my order on the 2nd of September #9574.I received mine on the 7th of this month.
Before I order a second, what issues are we having. Other than the 7V issue and one dead unit(which is bound to happen) are there any other issues. I have my finger on the order button for a second unit but just want to double check before I pull the trigger.
I think the gripe a lot of folks have is the device apparently doesn't output the voltage indicated. And, it does not have a 14V max as previously stated in the specs. I believe it has a 7.xV max now.
I did the same thing. Ordered from them Sunday night as according to their blog they had them and were shipping. Tuesday came and nothing. I canceled and ordered from wetvapes, had my device on Friday.
I have not heard a reply from them yet boom, did you cancel via email?
Elev8ape has horrible customer service that's for sure, Their number is a voicemail and they did not respond to the message I left. They also did not respond via their message box, or the numerous emails I sent them. I will never order anything from them again.
I left a message on their web chat and I sent an email. The following day I got an email confirmation of the cancellation.
Do you all remember your order number,I gotta feeling they did not order enough to cover all of the pre sale orders,mine was #9574 I know it's water under the bridge but I'm just trying to figure out where you all where at on the list.
I sent a PM to arlind94, he seems to be the owner or greatly involed with him. Not a great way for a 8 month old company to start off. Word will spread quickly if this type of customer service is the norm.

I got my T8 a few days ago and I'm loving it. I'ts a very versatile mod, I can turn it down and use my kayfun or other single coil tanks, or I can crank up the juice on my drippers. I'm getting massive vapor with a dual micro built at .5
My question is why does the ohms sometimes blink at times? I'ts funny because with both my plume viel or doge atomizers it starts to blink on exactly on 108 watts. They have similar builds, but not exactly the same.
I also wish they would have allowed the firing pin to screw down more. Most of my atomizers do not sit flush.
All said and done, it is worth $100.

Only problem I'm having is the screen liked to turn itself on. First I've used the Lemo so still figuring it out too. Really need to replace the giant coil in it but I'm enjoying football at the moment.
We have been watching them go fast and turn left!..O yes the blue and black looks nice.
is cloupor closed on the weeknds? Been waiting for a reply, didnt expect china company to take breaks during the weeknd
