**Cloupor T8**

I wouldn't flash my mod with anything Cloupor offers. I was a T5 victim, the update fried my mod. I was lucky and contacted cloupor within a couple of hours and they sent me a new T5. Even though it has worked fine After that I didn't think I'd buy another cloupor product. So after a toss up between the T8 and ipv3 I chose the T8 because in the listings it was quoted at firing up to 14v, plus it was cheaper. So far I'm not disappointed. The battery life alone is incredible. I can run a kayfun or blow clouds with the same device!

I totally agree with you the battery life in itself is unbelievable, just the feeling of it in your hand beats and feel so much better than any other regulated box mod that I own this one does not feel like you're holding a small brick.

It's funny you say that - the T8 is my favourite mod for just this reason, despite it's inaccurate controls. I actually prefer it quite a bit over my IPV3.

It feels good in hand... fires first time every time and battery life is insane...

Does it vape at 150 watts ?? No idea my sweet spot with a lemo or kayfun is under 25 watts

I have most of cloupors products... hana clone.. t5..t6 and t8. The only one that dissapointed me was the t5. I will be first in line when the cloupor mini lands

Im excited to get mine again this Friday. I have been using a VTR for about a year and a half now, solid mod, but looking to go into sub-ohm vaping, starting with the Atlantis, and going to pick up a dripper for testing my DIY e-juice. I seemed to be the only person to experience a problem with my first T8, it came in the mail last Thursday, I used it for 2 hours with 2 brand new 18650 25A batteries I bought just for it, after the two hours the battery level dropped to 0% from 80% or so, and then it turned off and would no longer read the batteries. Took it to a local vape shop and we tested out multiple batteries and no luck with anything. Plugged it into the computer and the screen fired up, but still reading 0% battery with 2 fresh ones in there. I assume it was a faulty wire from the battery terminal. I emailed the supplier I got it from and they sent out a new one that day (but takes a week to cross the country). In the two hours I had it, the quality of the build and vape were outstanding, can't wait to get my new one and starting blowing clouds again :)

While I have read so many negative reviews about it not being able to achieve the advertised wattage or voltage, its limits are still well beyond what I will need. The controls and display are very clean and well designed, overall it is a beautiful mod. From what I have heard up to 80 watts or so it blows pretty much any other mod out of the water as far as quality of vape and battery life go.

Cloupor was misleading on advertising it as a 150 watt box mod because it is not and I can understand why a lot of people were upset.I personally would never use that much wattage anyways,I have actually dropped mine 3 or 4 times hard enough for the back to separate from the mod,so as far as durability it past that test and the battery life is outstanding.

Finally caved and got one. Not upset that I did. I just have to pretend that the screen reads in Wookies, and I'm happy as can be. Vaping a Gen 1 Tohb Atty clone at 35.7 Wookies now. Found some clouds with my Plume Veil at 150 Wookies, and a hot enough vape for my tastes. Later on I'll see if my Kangers perform at 10-20 Wookies, just for academic reasons.

Still, would have preffered a device like this that read in Watts. Just sayin', Cloupor. For now, I'll get over it, because having a black T8/black Tohb/black chuff setup, and seeing "Stealth Mode" come on the screen just makes me smile.

Actually it's not misleading, it all depending on the coil setting and the battery.

If you setup your coil at 0.30ohm to 0.34ohm and set your T8 to 150watt and your battery are newly replaced full charge to within 90%, it does fire at around 6.7v to 7.1v. Let me ask the question out of my own curiosity, does anyone can vape constandly at that high wattage? Can your cotton(for silica wick maybe can) and e-juice(e-liquid) can sustain such high wattage or heat? as for my testing most of the e-juice can't sustain those high heat, for what I've experimented, 100% vg Juice can sustain the heat from 65watt to 72watt before producing burn smell, and for 100% PG e-juice, it can sustain lower than VG, it only can sustain around 62watt to 68watt before producing burn smell, and the setting are on a subtank standard, with 25awg kanthal 5 wraps on 3mm drill bit micro coil x 2(dual coil setup to reach sub ohm 0.30 to 0.34) and with that sustainable wattage shown I nearly can't vape in cause the vape are tremendously hot.

This is base on my findings and my 2 cents.

Cheersss..... and vape on bro's & sis's.....

Edit: Didn't test the soaked japanese organic cotton will burn at what wattage, so i'm not sure about that.....

A single coil at that wattage might have issues. I could be wrong but let's say you have 1 1 ohm coil at 20 watts, isn't 2x 1 ohm coils at 40 watts about the same. So it's not exactly the wattage that is burning the juice. And then let's say we have 18awg coil at 1 ohm. That's a really big coil. It's need higher wattage to get to same heat at a 28awg 1 ohm coil.

I have made one build that my t8 doesn't have the power to handle so I just don't that dramatic. The best thing about high wattage device is you can turn a dual coil build using higher ohms into an amazing dripper. You not limited to mech builds that have to be low ohms to hit those higher amps to generate high wattage.

I think I lost track of what I was getting at.
