Cloupor, Vamo, or what?

I have spent nothing on vaping in the last 7 months but now I am thinking about buyin a spare to spare for my Vamo 5 (to keep one at home and one at work). I am very satisfied with my Vamo – it worked perfectly for 8 months. I use it with 18360 battery, so it is not too long, fits perfectly in hand and after continuous use for 8 months it is still as good as a new one. But I do know it will go bad sooner or later, I have to be prepared. I was thinking about buying just another Vamo (may be Vamo 7), but then wondered if I would like to try a box mod. What if I would like it? And if not, I do need one more spare anyway.

So far I am thinking about Cloupor Mini 30W.

Would you recommend it? Is it comfortable enough? Is it too small (to fit in hand)? Comfort and reasonable longevity are the most important thing for me. For example, I have found in Cloupor description “Magnet back cover, no need to use screwdriver, more”. It is very important for me; I could not imagine myself walking around with a screwdriver in case I have to replace a battery. What other mods (if any) should I consider? I do not need more than 30W, please do not advise me on more powerful mods unless they have some extremely useful features beyond their power. And I do not want to spend more money than necessary for a spare.

But maybe I will be still buying a new Vamo 7. Do somebody have hands on experience with this one?

I like the IPV mini 30w best. I have the Cloupor mini and it works well but just feels too small in my hand. The IPV mini feels like the perfect size to me.

I have been using an EVIC Surpreme for the last year will an eLeaf Lemo and it is perfect still but same as you I wanted a spare for work and got an Istick 50W with the smaller Lemo Drop and it's perfect, for a box mod it is a handy small size and still have a 4200 mah battery

This ^^^^^ is why I prefer reference to preference. We are all different, have different wants, needs, expectations.

Personal Notes - not preferences:
IPV 30w - works well, offers Buck /Boost
Cloupor Mini - Boost only (DNA Style)- delivers more power than IPV at same settings
iStick - Sealed Disposable - lithium power -Buck/boost
Vamo - Good when Good - to many manufacturers to keep up with - buck/boost

I have two Cloupor Minis and I loved them. They're definitely small, about the smallest out there at the moment (shorter than any mech mod in 18650 mode, though wider). Definitely smaller than the Vamo. The price is hard to beat as well. No bucking, expect down to 3.6v, but with 1.8 ohm coils or lower you can get 7w (the lowest the Mini can do).

50W Sigelei? 18650 battery, down to 0.2ohms. I like mine!

If I was`nt so addicted to the sub ohm I would get a V9. Just saw one on FT and all that knurling is very nice. And the 350 bat size keeps it short. Its just a great looking device now with the design mods they did to it.
