I don't know how the smoking ban is worded, so I'm just a bit concerned that labeling e-cigs "tobacco products" might wind up pulling them into that.

Looks like they want an age limit..I am completely ok with that.

They just want to make sure no one is selling to anyone under 18. I'm fine with that, but if it goes any further that's where I'm gonna get a little pissy.

So far, they are only limiting the sales to minors which I think is perfectly acceptable. All the news outlets covering it are saying that this is the first step while waiting for other agencies to decide what to do.

So, devil's advocate, what if they try to put a tobacco tax on us?

Kids shouldn't vape any more than they should smoke or chew. I am in full support of that much.

You know it's the ultimate goal & why they hate these things! I fully expect a sin tax placed on these eventually.
