Lakewood bans e-cigarette smoking in public places

The Lakewood city council voted unanimously Monday night to prohibit the use of electronic smoking devices in and around public places, becoming the latest Colorado city to enact an e-cig ban.

Boooo! Was there even a public hearing about this or was it just a decision made by a few people? How do we go about reversing this?

Well, not to be a downer, but I have my doubts. I admit, I don't pay a lot of attention to Lakewood, but from what I've heard, they're very much a "progressive" city council, all about being active in making their little corner of the world a better place, according to them.

Funny, I'm not seeing a big bulletin about this at VaporLeaf.

This is crazy, I can't believe I didn't see this! All of my favorite B&M's are in Lakewood. I sure didn't have any say in it, no notifications, polls, or even a vote. I sure hope it's the last city to do so.

What kind of sense does this make? Especially after the legalization of a certain 'drug.' I'm just astonished. I'm in Littleton and I could see them doing that here as well. I sure hope not.
