I could be mistaken, maybe it's the change of season and humidity, but I could swear I've noticed Nicotine and/or the moisturizing effect of VG/PG seems to open my nasal passages similar to an OTC solution. I feel like I'm sleeping better.
If so, I wonder if it could be the vasoconstriction effects of Nic working locally within the sinus tissues?

Also, while on the subject of "health," my Dad passed from Alzheimer's a couple years ago and if there is any chance of avoiding or delaying any potential heredity-induced onset, that might be another check on the "pro" side of nicotine, for me.
Not sure if it's the Nicotine .... I thought it was the PG that clears the sinuses but that may not be correct either. I have noticed this as well and I assumed it was the PG. Don't really know though.
