Hey guys so I order some premade Clapton wire 24g kanthal, 32g nichrome.

Wrapped it at 3mm with 5 wraps coming out at 0.32 ohms with all this in mind what wattage is it safe to run at?

Been to 100watts get a hot vape but super taste and cloud, but didn't want to run with that if it's going to collide problems for the coil or my device.

A Sigelei 150w, IPV3, Snowwolf and other 100plus watt box mods running Sony VTC3, VTC4, of LG HB6 (all 30amp batteries) will not have a problem up at that range, it is what they are designed for. Most will protect themselves if certain safety algorithms in the chip are detected, so Claptons that size and resistance, they will run just fine on such devices.

"safe"
depends on the power source that you are using

that should work optimally around:
33 to 44 watts

by my guesstimate;
I started with 24gauge kanthal, because that's the main contributor
then adjusted upwards... I mean lower number until I got the 5 wraps

I have a snow wolf 200w mod efest batteries that have similar specs to the ones you mentioned, but maybe best to look around for some of those as I'm seeing them to be very popular (as you can guess fairly new to this)

Currently from all the independent battery tests I have seen, there is no Lithium batteries on the market that are over 30amp CDR. Efest is the biggest "Re-Wrap" battery seller (offender) out that takes and re-wraps B, C, and D stock bin cells from Sony, LG, Samsung, and Panasonic, then re-specs them higher than what an A stock cell is rated for, thus making them dangerous in the hands of the un-educated. With the purple Efest and several others, you do not know if the cell under the wrapper is an LG HE4 or Samsung 25R, or even a Sony VTC5, all which are 20amp CDR, not 35amp or even 80amp pulse like Efest prints on the labels, they are 20amp CDR with a pulse of maybe max 40amps, and even then you should not be using a battery in its burst pulse rating at all, go by its rated CDR.

@Mooch
@Baditude
Check out these members blogs, very informative and a lot of information, Mooch especially has quite a few batteries listed he has tested what they should be recommended CDR usage should be.

Any wattage your device can output is safe unless you are burning juice. That is not healthy to inhale. After that it all depends what wattage you like the best.

Higher watts will gunk up your coil faster and also you need to be sure you have batteries rated for the watts. You have at least 100 watts so you're using two batteries. 20 amp batteries will take you to 100 watts safely. You will be drawing around 30A each at 150 watts when the batteries are almost empty.

Check out the battery test data that Mooch has here. He rates them by amps and by watts.
