Coil burning taste after a couple of hours?

hi I've been vaping for about 7 months now and have never had a problem like this, my coil I've had before have been perfect for my current vape (smok V8 STICK) which I've had for a few months. I bought a new coil and about 5-6 hours after putting it in it started to taste really burnt, and the taste is like I'm vaping with no liquid. But when I blow really hard into the vape, the taste goes away for about 5 puffs then comes back again. Any help as it is much appreciated. I'm running on a 0.4 ohm coil in a tvf8 baby.

I suspect you simply have a bad coil. I suggest trying another one. Welcome to the board.

Your kit was supposed to come with two coils. One is 0.15; the other 0.25. Dig around in the box it came in and see if you can find the spare.

Be sure to prime the coil per the instruction manual.
