my question is this...will they still fit my battery though they look slightly different but im not sure

"Ohms" are the measurement of resistance, which has to do with amount of power produced by the battery, not the "size" as in dimensions. Whether or not something will fit on a particular battery device is determined by the threading. The picture of your battery appears to be an eGo-type of battery (which has 510 internal threading and eGo external threading), however, there are some batteries that have 808 internal threading and what appears to be external eGo threading, but the appearance is deceiving.

I'm not familiar with that brand and can't tell what the internal threading is. What kind of delivery systems (clearos, cartos, etc.) have you been using on it and where did you buy them?

Hi Johngilson. It appears that the two coil head you have linked would interchange one for the other. The question of importance here
(for me) would be ....Which one are you currently using??

Those coils fit inside a clearomizer body, so hopefully you have one of those that you are using and are shopping for replacement parts for that rather than something to screw direct into your battery to vape with....

If you are using the one as listed from royal vapor, the one listed at Apollo would be less warmth and overall less vapor output. If you are using the one from Apollo the opposite would be the expected outcome.

If you are shopping for replacements, you should stick with the same Ω load as you are already accustomed to, unless you are intentionally making a change with a specific outcome in mind. If you need more warmth (wattage output) then lower Ω load is what you are looking for, If you are looking for a cooler vapor then you are looking for a higher Ω load.
The battery you have listed looks like a standard unregulated battery so your wattage equation should look something like this 3.7v*3.7v/Ω =wattage , i.e. 3.7*3.7/1.8=7.6watts or 3.7*3.7/2.5=5.4watts.......Most folks would prefer the 7.6watts but every person has their own likes and dislikes. Here's to finding what you are looking for. Happy Vaping.

im using the v2 clearomizer from royalvaporcigarettes.com which is disposable and came with the kit not knowing it was disposable i went ahead and ordered two extra coils for it so im gonna buy a new tank for it so im wondering if i bought the tank from royal vapor cigarettes would the apollo coils fit? only because the coils on apollo are half the price of royal

The Vision Link is for the Vision Vivi Nova. The CE5 link is for CE5 clearomizers. They are 2 different clearomizers.
Your battery has eGo threads and 510 threads. The Vision Vivi Nova is 510 thread and the CE5 is eGo thread...both clearos will fit on your battery BUT the heads are not interchangeable between the 2 clearomizers.

so does that mean the coils wont fit them?
