Coil rebuild disaster ***help***

have you tried ss mesh for your protank rebuild? When I was still using protanks, I rebuilt mine with ss mesh. might be a little less headache for you.

Also as mentioned a couple posts above, don't insert the needle into the silica, just lay it next to it. Maybe you mis interpreted my first explanation.

I use a large sewing needle and always wet the wick with water before I wrap it. I was making it too tight but learned to loosen it up a bit.

The water thing worked like a charm!!!!!!!!!!! I made my first coil and it works...no shorts, no hot spots. It came out 2.2Ω. I guess that'll work. I was beginning to think that e-juice was making me stupid.
