Coils completely or slightly above airholes?

Sorry if this has already been answered.

On rda's...
Do I build the coils completely above the airholes or slightly above so only the bottom tip of the airhole is below the coils?

Oh, and sorry if this is a really dumb question. I havent received my rda yet

Usually just line up your coils with the Airholes. Don't want them getting too hot.
