Well im back.. Tried a different juice on my tank and it seems it is the mango custard that is causing the gunk to build up really quickly.. That aside i have a new problem.
Yesterday i got the velocity deck for my aromamizer. Put a quick dual clapton build on it (6 wraps on a 2.5mm id 0.27ohms)... Made sure wick was not too long or short then positioned airholes over the coil and now the draw is extremely tight. No matter how much i mess about with the wick/ airflow the draw is just far too tight for my liking. Will try a new build tonight see if i can position the coils a bit lower as i have them quite high up and see how i get on. Any info in the meantime would be appreciated.

hi tom
that I don't get at all...this tank has more air than any other I got !
are you building verticals ? to much cotton on top ..and to high ? and blocking air to the top toward the drip tip ?
maybe roxy noodle can chime in ...hope she is feeling ok.
Yeah dont understand it myself. The other deck i was using i was almost getting too much air through..Nope i am not building verticle. Cotton is not blocking anything and have kept taking the deck out and trimming the cotton to make sure it isnt that. Build is slightly too high up which may be causing the problem. Will rebuild again tonight and keep you guys posted. Thanks for the help rolf.

I wouldn't loosen the build deck from the bottom cap. It will change how the juice feeds as well as having a looser 510 pin. Not a good idea as that thread suggest.
As has been stated here, I just back off my topper to adjust my air flow holes. The seal remains right with no leaking. It's a simple afjustment.
