Color coding carto's - I think I've got a solution...

I started e-cigs with an E9. While farting around I found a site that sells carto skins; cheap https://e-cig.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=800 They're made for teh E9 but fit the 808D-1 perfectly.

Peel off the original skin and replace it with the color of your choice and keep track of your carto flavors via the colors.

Got to thinking....there's vinyl paper available for scrap bookers, and I'm almost positive there is thin vinyl paper with a sticky backing to it??? Why not use cut up the proper size in your color choice and use them as carto skins?
I'm thinking if I can't find vinyl paper with an adhesive backing, I'll try double stick tape???

If I'm going to be boiling and cleaning my carto's for reuse, then I don't care if the double stick tape is hard to come off, it will come off in boiling water.

Whatta ya think? Will it work?

I think it would work. I use my girlfriends tiny rubber bands. She has like 15 different colors so I just wrap those around my cartos so that they fit nice and snug.

look for the rubber bands where you would buy combs, brushes etc. they are used for little girls to put in ponytails and come in a package of many different colors

Thanks for the info on where to look for the rubber bands! I have only raised boys, so I hadn't thought of the hair supplies! Now if you'd asked me where to buy ninja turtles or rubber snakes...then I would have known!

I use dental rubber bands because my friends daughter has braces. I could see wrapping cortos working too though. Good find.

Check some dollar stores. I've found some packages of the small rubber bands there with the hair accessories. They work well.
