Color me red faced!!!!

    Hi All,
    To make a long story short, several months ago, I ordered the Ultimate Ultimatum on impulse and with no money budgeted for it. When it came, so did the guilt of spending money I didn't really have at the time. I wrote to Steve and asked him if I could return it. I already had a kr808-d and didn't really need it. Steve let me return it, refunded my money, less the carts that I kept and I felt horrible!!
    Fast forward to about 10 days ago, when I DID have the money, but was afraid to order, thinking they would possibly reject my order.So, I had a friend order me an XL manual batt and some carts, Needless to say, I fell madly in love with the battery. Flavor excellent, vapor fabulous, TH right on. I was in vaping heaven.
    Fast forward once again to Dec. 5. I place an order on the site, but don't have the nerve to push "submit order". So, I leave, come back, leave, come back all day. Finally, I write a little note in comments, begging for forgiveness, and place the order.
    Today.....The order came with bonuses....that I sure don't feel I deserve. But I am so very grateful to receive them and 2 more XLs, this time in auto (one is for my very close friend who also has an old kr808, for xmas).
    This company is far more than a step above most others. They truly are on a mission to help people get off of cigarettes. I have always believed that in order to MAKE money, you have to SPEND money. I think V4L should be raking in the bucks for all they do.
    My sincerest thanks to Steve and his wonderful crew!!

    yes i know what you mean about not being able to afford. Its very hard and ya cant keep buying all the time but we do. I am trying to keep my orders smaller for time being. But why would you think they would reject your order? These guys are top notch. they are truly amazing. They are more your friend then them selling you stuff. its not about money with these guys. They are the best there is and that is why we are getting swamped with new people. Can you just imagine or take a guess to how many customers they have? i bet a lot and they deserve it cause they are the best themselves. and also btw no one will ever catch up to JenJen lol. She is the buying queen.
