I can only add very little as im only 2 months in but I agree with paladinx. At some point this company has to improve and grow. Couldn't imagine running my business like this.

lol Yeah I probably come off a little harsh, but I just had to let it out. I apologize to everyone. Maybe these guys don't even care about the profit or money. Maybe its someone who already has enough money and they get more pleasure out of opening and closing their store every 5 mins.. like willy wonkas chocolate factory or something. Don't really see a problem. I was reading this thread's latest comments...and at 10:10 CDT (my TZ) checked the store...it's open, has Boba's and GJ....I don't need any but if I did I could order it.....quick and easy to process a cart....

In fact....now it's 10:21 and they're still open with Boba's and GJ available.....

Yeah theres nothing wrong .. Im just an idiot.. Its perfectly fine.. They were open till 10 am that is perfectly acceptable. In fact every store on the planet should only be open for 20 mins to 2 hours in the morning.. I see nothing wrong with it. Well for your info I can't get online till 1pm. So I can never order .....

I don't mean to imply you're an idiot....that wasn't the intention of my post....simply that they were open today for 30 minutes, plenty of time to get an order in. Yes, AEV is challenging to order from...they have a highly desirable product and limited capacity to meet that demand. They can only handle so much each day. We all know that....it's been that way a long time....and so we plan for it.

Hmmm...sounds to me like that is your problem....not theirs.

Have you thought about maybe asking for some help? This crowd is a pretty helpful bunch....even passing around what precious Boba's they had extra to help folks who were completely out, while the business was shut down....maybe make a post and ask if some kind soul would order you a few bottles....and you could PayPal them the money....or work something out.

Or, figure out a way to get online at the right time....

Maybe...you could login, get your account and shipping info setup, put what you want in your cart....then at 08:00 am PDT....maybe have someone you could call on the phone....talk them through logging in to your account....and relaying your payment info......have someone do your order for you while you give the necessary info over the phone.

I know these things take a certain level of trust....but there are good, honorable people in the world....and most dishonest criminals don't spend their time getting to know folks and developing a reputation in an online forum......

Up to you man....you can piss and moan your terrible fate, and nothing will change....or, you can do something about it and move on.

Look. I have nothing against you, and your advice is fine. The reason I sound like I am pissing and moaning is because it isn't all about just their stagnant business operations.. I went through a lot of hassle cause of this company.. and the way they run their business was just the cherry on the cake. Ive emailed them about what happened with my account info and all the hassle it caused me and I didn't even get a reply. Nothing. So if I want to vent here cause Im disgusted with them. I should be able to do it. That is all. Its my opinion. I think any other business would have made some kind of improvement after all this time, their lengthy shut down, all their screw ups and headaches they caused myself and others.. But if people are content with a place that might or might not be open for 3 to 30 mins.. so be it. I haven't been able to get online early lately, but I have tried NUMEROUS times early in the morning and the store never opened. So CONGRATS GUYS .. you were open for 30 whole minutes today.. BRAVOO.. I give a standing ovation.. What an awesome service. My apologies for the undeserved rant. Maybe you can close down your store this time for a year and come back and keep it up for 33 full minutes.

Like srsly come on guys.. I had to wait two days to make my order! I work for FedEx in the morning so no way for me to order. I mean, I do have a day off and I placed my order.. it wasn't hard waking up at 8am then going back to sleep.
Paladinx.. there are a bunch of other amazing juices out there. There is also halo cigs juice which I think is the most pure juice out there.

AVE would rather send your juice the next day and be open for 5 to 15 minutes than pile up an order list and you won't see your juice for 3 to 4 weeks.

Yes they are that great. I remember the first post about bobas bounty right when they opened.. I had a couple they were open twenty four seven.

Understand that there's a reason why they close so soon. It's for customers rather than themselves.


I mean.. You can check out using your smart phone. Unless you have a dumb phone.

I don't have my lap top anymore, and my phone broke and the one I am using now don't have internet. But like I said.. I been trying since they said they opened the store and the store was never opened. Just when I lost internet access these past few days they been open for a few minutes. whoopie.

Yeah I understand what you are saying, but my point is they been around now quite awhile. They had a long shut down and came back no different than they were before. I am sure their demand is high, but you would think they would have worked to expand their business. Mtbakervapor whether you like their juice or not should be the shining example of how to run a business in this industry. They got more help, they expanded their inventory and they are not only cheap but extremely reliable and FAST and they also have like 100 different juices they keep up with. There is no excuse why you have only TWO popular juices and a long shutdown and you still can't keep up better with the demand. Being open 5 mins a day is insane. I would at least expect some fukin improvement. How are they helping customers? They should have came back better than they were before and at least be open at different times during the day.. Maybe 30 mins in the morning 30 mins in the afternoon and 20 to 30 mins at night. Even that would have been an improvement, but they made no improvement. Instead of trying to keep up with the demand better they simply just took smaller orders instead of back ordering and making people wait for 3 weeks...

My rant would have been over after the first post, but when people defend this company and make it sound like im just being a cry baby and everything is perfectly fine it agitates me to respond again. just let me get my rant in. Don't tell me this is normal business practice. If they cared about the customers they would have came back with a fkin surplus of juice, a large inventory, some hired help and a fukin improvement.
