I have an upcoming Treasure Chest coming up for all those that want to try a myriad of flavors from a wide variety of vendors. Rather than doing some a chunk at a time or in one huge lot to only one person, I'm soliciting ideas to make an equitable distribution to interested parties. Any ideas on how to work this out? I have over 100 juices and I know a lot of people want to try things. If it's in our reviews, odds are, I (or Dog) have more of it. Additional odds is that we aren't vaping it since we have our own preferences and it's pretty close to impossible to consume all this juice. So, in an effort to PIF, I'm open to ideas as to how best serve our little corner.

Sidenote: Dog and I have been kicking around doing a contest as well, so I can't give away all the juices we've bought, but I will hold back on some of them for a future contest. So be on the lookout for that too.

I'm doing a physical audit of what I have tonight, mostly for another purpose, but it needs to get done anyway. I'll have a list together hopefully this evening. I suppose I could break them down into 3ml bottles and then have a quantity per flavor/vendor. Sort of like KBV Hummingbird Nectar 40/60 12mg QTY 3, Tasty Vapor Peach 70/30 24mg QTY 5, etc etc. People could then take a singular quantity from a myriad of juices/vendors (pick and choose) and I would have to update the stocklist/post.

I suppose the big question is, how would PIF (moderators specifically) manage a mass distribution like this? I don't want to make everyone's job too difficult, just trying to figure out the easiest way to distribute some of this out.

Appreciate the generosity! I'm not sure if you had a particular audience in mind. From lurking the threads, something is offered, accepted, and the recipient puts their own PIF goodies out there, available to anyone. And that's really the way it should be. However, if you want to distribute it more equitably, it could be five bottles per request, allowing 20 members to enjoy (given 100 juices mentioned). If you were looking at getting the newbs more involved with PIF, you could adjust it to members new to vaping. Again, it depends on your preference. And contests always work!

Edit: I like the thought of reducing to smaller bottles, although that would probably be a lot of work. While I'd like to see the flavors, a "grab bag" concept would suit many fine. Or, perhaps a separation by category - tobacco, fruit, cocktail, food, etc.

How to best moderate? That's the million dollar question. :)

contesting them would be a cool idea, or treasure chesting them to new PIF members would be neat.
I did the "breaking them up into 3ml bottles" thing.................and it took forever..............i literally spent hours, and lots of money on label tape doing it that way.
However, it is your juice, so you get to choose what you want to do with it. :)

I think it's awesome that you are gonna pif your stuff!

I'm with the squirrel on this one. Breaking it down into catagories (of your choosing- say tobaccos, fruits, vendors, mgs.. whatevery YOU might like) then list the 'packages'. I'm sure you will find SOMEONE that likes what is offered. Beginners always like to try new things, and if there is one or two they don't like, they will have something to PIF! Win-win.

Also, if there are some small teeny samples, you can just toss those in as a surprise :)

Aggregate the ones that are gag-a-li-cious, call it the Sallana Special Pack (she came up with Tastes Like .... Lint some months back, a classic :) )

No words for how great this made me feel =p

I like all the ideas. A contest, random or otherwise. Broken into lots, whether by flavor or nic level. And a Sallana Special Pack, for the last place winner.

But the last thing I would want is more work for you. Splitting up that much juice is work enough. I am thankful that people like you care enough to give back. You are the reason PIF is my favorite place on ecf (and your vids ain't bad). I was able to find my tastes through generous people PIFing. Flavors I would have never tried, are now go-to flavors.

So what you decide is good. And one other thing, Thank you!

First, it's awesome of you and Dog to give away all this juice -- You rock. You could just as easily sell it in the classifieds and get some money back, but giving it away is just pure awesomeness.

I think a contest or two could be fun. I also think doing something that brings more people into the PIF fold or inspires them to give away their own unused juice in the Treasure Chest would be fantastic! Maybe give away the larger bottles to people who offer a TC of their own?

Then with the smaller bottles, if you are going to do lots ... I think the best way is to split them by mg. There are a lot of us that can't handle over 10mg juices and a lot of others who want only 18+

I also like the idea of giving away to newbies ... those of us who have been at this a while already have huge stashes of juice and we can always trade in PIF to get new ones. New people can't really enjoy the PIF thread because they don't have a lot to give yet.

That's my 2 ¢

I like the idea of noobies getting the juice, but how do you define a newbie. I have been vaping about 9 months now, but I only have about 6 different juices (almost all tobacco's). I took a tc a couple of months back (my only one) to try a straight VG liquid. Half the reason I haven't PIF-ed is because it seems to be mostly Juice and I don't have much to offer, as Cleo mentioned.

Does this still qualify me as a noobie? I also think that vets would try the juice and PIF or TC the ones they aren't thrilled with so the return is higher if they win it (possibly).
