To a certain point, what they are doing is good for some things, like the bad illegal drugs. However, I think that they are trying to take it too far with e-cigs because they aren't able to get tax money from it yet.

agreed, some things may be too risky to allow... that being said the other day I saw a guy on a motorcycle weaving through traffic at high velocity and I commented "now how is it THOSE are legal"... its really all about freedom of choice and responsibility IMHO.

And yes, they want to tax the hell out of us.

I'm with you on that. Laws are so weird sometimes. If I go through town bumping my stereo really loud to where you can hear it a couple of blocks away, I would get a ticket. But someone with a motorcycle goes through and you can hear it practically in the next town, they get no penalty at all. And those "Hogs" don't even NEED to be that loud, they could make a silent version of those, I'm sure.
