There are 10 questions on the survey and I'd say that about half of them could be answered by someone who has never bought from us. Of course at the end you still get a coupon code good for $10 off any purchase you may want to make at V9 (not including S&H.) That way anyone who hasn't tried us out can get a free e-liquid or pack of cartos. You can also enter our contest to potentially double the amount of fabulous prizes you receive. There is no adaptor needed if you're using the Volt since it is a native 808 threaded batt!
