Yeah, I agree, he could be 18 or older. Teenage/young adult males can be hard to tell. And a 13 girl could be mistaken for being an adult, and an over 18 guy could accidentally commit statutory rape![]()
One more thing everyone seems to be forgetting. IF this "kid" is underage, he's either old enough to have a job, or more likely his parents are providing his vape gear, and hopefully they know about his youtube channel. So, if they're not worried about it, why are we?

Because if he is underage job or not because a minor can have a job at 15/16 and the FDA sees more videos and things like this happening then what do you think is going to happen in the vape community. Everything hangs on the Food and Drug Administration's newly proposed plan for how it will regulate the emerging industry. If the FDA rules stand, the restrictions could wind up choking small vape businesses and clear the path for big tobacco firms poised to cash in on the trend.
How do you know that it was not financed and posted there by the same group that financed and directed minors to buy vapes from internet?
