Yeah, I agree, he could be 18 or older. Teenage/young adult males can be hard to tell. And a 13 girl could be mistaken for being an adult, and an over 18 guy could accidentally commit statutory rape :?:

I blame the movies, they give unrealistic examples of what teenagers look like. 18 year olds don't look like Dave Franco in 21 Jump Street, he was 28 when he made that movie.

I'd rather see them not smoking and not vaping. Period.

Well yeah, of course. But we don't live in a perfect world.

I called Avail today and told them about the video. They were concerned and watched the video. They were really bothered by it. They appreciated the heads up on a minor reviewing their products. I got a free box mod out of the deal as well for giving them a heads up. :toast: They couldn't state enough how they didn't want their company to come in question with a review done by a minor and are further looking into which store the mod he was using may have came from.

One more thing everyone seems to be forgetting. IF this "kid" is underage, he's either old enough to have a job, or more likely his parents are providing his vape gear, and hopefully they know about his youtube channel. So, if they're not worried about it, why are we?

Ummm, so then other kids start doing vape video's, and more and more we start seeing 12 ish year olds posting vaping vids, and how do ya' think that's going to play out in Joe and Jane Q publics opinion on vaping! This kid looked about 12-14 years old, great ammo for the big hammer about to fall.

Because if he is underage job or not because a minor can have a job at 15/16 and the FDA sees more videos and things like this happening then what do you think is going to happen in the vape community. Everything hangs on the Food and Drug Administration's newly proposed plan for how it will regulate the emerging industry. If the FDA rules stand, the restrictions could wind up choking small vape businesses and clear the path for big tobacco firms poised to cash in on the trend.

FDA's proposed deeming regulation would ban >99.9% of the tens of thousands of e-cigarette products currently on the market (including all e-liquid and all mods) two years after issuance of the Final Rule. If the Final Rule is issued (and not blocked by the next President, who will be blamed for it), several thousand e-cig manufacturers in the US (including importers, e-cig component manufacturers, and all vendors who mix/sell e-liquid) will either go out of business or go to underground black markets.

As other posters have said, I don't need people like the reviewer in the video adding more fuel to the fire

I know, huh! Screw the moral argument...we just need this "kid" to disappear before he gets us busted and Daddy FDA puts us all on restriction!

(rotf etc. etc.)
