There are numerous other vendors who carry them. You can google "eGo Thread Sleeve Type D" and you'll get a fair amount of hits.

Thanks again to everyone for your help. I ended up ordering this one from madvapes and it works great: eGo Chrome Cone for the 3.5 mL Dual Coil Tank Cartromizer It really makes an improvement both in appearance and in function. Without any cone it just didn't feel right in my hands and for some reason made it harder to find the button with my thumb. Before I got it in the mail I was using a small stealth cone that came with my first e-cig kit but it didn't look or feel quite right either. With the new cone it's absolutely wonderful. I'm glad I went with this setup.
