Most of my eGo cones hold leaked liquid quite well, however, I do have one where the liquid seeps out and it's annoying to press the button and notice that my fingers are greasy from leaked juice. here is how I remedied that problem....
I took a piece of ptfe plumbers tape, folded it in half length-wise (same length/halved the width), and wrapped it around the cone threads on the battery. The cone is still easy to get on/off but the thread tape adds a better seal to keeps leaks at bay. The amount of tape you use really depends on the leak, so experiment.
