Confused about Atomized Cartridges

I'm confused about atomized cartridges. Does an atomized cartridge mean that the atomizer is included with the cartridge, in that you do not need to replace the atomizer separately.
Why does it seem DSE801 has atomized cartridges, but yet you can purchase a replacement atomizer..also what does a DSE801 atomizer look like?

it is confusing. Only Loongtotem, smoke 51, epuffer etc v9 style super mini cigs are included in the cart and atomizer. Pens, minis, 401s etc are cart and atomizer separate.

Atomized carts are just the cart, not the atomizer.

If you are being listed as a supplier, you should really learn the basics before selling.
