confused about cartos

HI all

I've been using the Go-Go for about 2 days now, I vape about 3-4 puffs out of the cart maybe about every hour or 2, anyway I followed the Go-Go guide someone wrote on here on how to fill the carts, I put about 90 drops into the carto and its been working great so far.

My question is how often should I be cleaning the cartos out and refilling them? I vaped on 1 full carto for about 2 days now and when I went to fill it up this morning thinking it was about done, soon as I put 5 drops the bottom the carto started to leak out like it was full.

Is this normal, I figured it would take a lot more than that, when using it I still get normal hits, lots of vapor and throat hit.
also I filled 3 cartos with the 3 different flavors I bought with the kit, I only smoked maybe a puff to test out the flavor on the other 2 and then put the plastic caps back on em for later, is this okay to do that? Will they dry out or ruin the carto if they are not used for a while?

90 drops?? I've never heard of a carto that held that much but then I'm no expert on the subject. If your cartos are still vaping good I would leave them alone. You'll know when they need filling because the vapor will slack off and you'll probably get a burnt taste. Yes, it's a good idea to put the condoms back on each end of the cartos to keep them from leaking and drying out. I also put mine in tiny plastic bags so I can label the flavor otherwise, I have to taste each one to fine the flavor I want.

I would think that all you need to do is add about 5-10 drops each morning/evening at the rate you are vaping.

I don't clean cartos, I use them until they don't work good anymore. I wouldn't clean them unless they seem totally unusable.

It's fine to leave filled cartos capped, lots of people carry a few and change flavors or nic strengths throughout the day.

Cartos are not good for testing juice. Only some people are successfully at cleaning at drying them. Do not count on being able to clean and dry cartos unless you have already done it successfully. My juices have to earn cartos. First I drip them all to test them. If I am not sure about a juice or not sure if I could vape it a lot, I use a cartridge for an extended test or just drip it some more. The winners get cartos. I keep cartos damp so I don't singe them and if I am alternating vaping 3 cartos I can sometimes get 3 weeks use or more of the 3. Sometimes less. My cartos that work well the longest are the ones I am filling with thin juice that leaves no sediment. Thin as in 20% VG or less.

Re juice coming out the end - yes that can happen. A fresh dry carto absorbs juice more quickly. You need to be patient, fill well but not overfill. I hold a tissue against the bottom hole, tilt the carto and add juice, then clean up. On the first fill of a blank I then let it lay on different sides for 15-20 min.

i have had good luck cleaning cartos. boil water for 5 minutes, soak and clean with tiny dental tree brush gently. dry overnight. voila!

how do you drip? do you need something extra to do that? all i have is a carto and a battery

you drip by dripping couple drops straight into the atomizer that is attached to your battery (if you use cartos, you dont have an atomizer). Just dont drip on an automatic battery, make sure its a manual...otherwise chances are you will ruin the batt.

most kits come with an atomizer and a cartridge....maybe yours didnt?

Cartos have a built in atomizer that is under the wicking/filler material. You can't see it so you can't drip on it.
